I have posted a few bad reviews on here about this location. Today: My experience was absolutely excellent. A prescription that could have been loaded with problems was a smooth as it could possibly be. I am delighted with my experience today. This day Walgreens actually DID meet me at the corner of happy and healthy. Nicely done.

This is hands down the shittiest pharmacy in the area. They’ll tell you to come back at X time. You come back and it’s not done yet. This happens ALOT.

This is one of the best pharmacies. The staff is so friendly and they really do a great job following up on all requests. I highly recommend this pharmacy as their staff is great

Have to agree with the consensus – this location is awful. Staff doesn’t care (when they opened I called to transfer a prescription here and got so much tude from the girl on the phone I told them to forget it), and… well, that’s the problem, really. Every time I come in here I remember why I avoid it.

Full disclosure: I haven’t had a prescription filled here (yet), so I can’t comment on that. Most of the haterade for this location seems to stem from the pharmacy.
That being said, I’m a pretty big fan of this Walgreens. Why?
Well, it’s big.
It’s new.
Has a big olé card & candy selection.
Employees are helpful & seem nice.
There’s a RedBox.
A drive thru pharmacy.
There’s a nice cosmetics section — well organized, displayed and stocked.
Hopefully I don’t experience the seventh circle of hell that is bad pharmacy. See ya later, Walgreens.

I used the kiosk to get some pictures developed and set up a pick up time for 8am the next morning. This is not a 24-​hour Walgreens, so they open at 8am on Thursdays. I arrived at 8am, and sat outside with about 4 other employees and five other customers, and we all waited for the manager to arrive and unlock the door. I watched a pharmacist call this manager a couple times and each call went to voice mail. The pictures I was picking up were for work, and I needed them that day. I finally had to give up waiting and had to head to work because I was going to be late. The management here needs a lot of work if they can’t even show up on time.

Worst pharmacy ever they billed my ins, but won’t give me my meds til the day I am out. I can not go else where because my ins. Released payment to them, I will tell everyone to use jewel across the street, they are rude and say they don’t care if your mad. I will make sure I file a claim with my ins, how they asked for payment from them while I have to wait 4 days, and the girl on the phone really needs a attitude adjustment .

Concerning the Web Pickup, I was very happy with my first (and so far only) experience. Bought a few things for Christmas presents this year through the web pickup and thought it was easy enough. I even ended up returning one of the items but had no problems.
The customer service was decent enough. Nothing about my experience turned me off from this location and I just wanted to review the web pickup because I was hesitant at first myself.

DUMBEST PHARMACY EVER!
I will go in 2 days after I ask my perscription (which I have had for 8 years) to be renewed, giving them 2 extra days to get it right, and they will tell me my medication isn’t even in stock at the store! This has happened not once, not twice, but THREE times in a row! The woman told me it is because my medication is uncommon. Really? Eight years and they don’t realize I’ll be back every month??? They are lazy and won’t call doctors if they need to. Instead, they will flat out do nothing with your order, won’t even tell you, and won’t you be surprised when your perscription isn’t ready.
Bottom line, there is no excuse to not have a medication in stock 2 days AFTER it is supposed to be ready. If it happens one more time, I’m switching to Jewel across the street. I don’t think there is anything any pharmacy can do to be worse than Walgreens.

Walgreens… you had me at the nail polish display. This Walgreens is brand-​spanking new and I dig it. Walgreens love to tear down their own buildings and build new ones all the time… as long as they have one on each corner! I think there are 3 or 4 Walgreens on Roselle Rd. within a .5 mile stretch, crazy. This one is pretty cool though. It has a very cold, sterile feel though which I actually like. It is a pharmacy after all so it should feel sterile and clean (unlike other chain pharmacies that have carpet… gag!).
When you first walk in the first thing you see to the right is a fairly large nail polish display with tons of Essie. The display is light up so it is extremely hard to see the shades. I had to take the bottle of the display and turn away to see the actual color. The bottles are priced at $ 8 which is on the high end. I did notice that a lot of their pricing for makeup was a lot higher (saw the same products at Target the next day for considerably less). I don’t normally purchase beauty supplies from Walgreens so maybe this is typical? I am a sucker for Essie and I still ended up picking up 3 new bottles!
