Best Cleaners

As a harried bride traveling to Amsterdam NY from Boston, my wedding dress became a bit wrinkled in the car. With the wedding two days away, Best Cleaner was able to steam my dress for the next day! Very friendly staff and made the stress of a wrinkled dress go away! They understood my urgency and accommodated me with complete courtesy! I’m glad I found them when I did. Thank you Erika!!!

They charged me $ 25 to have a dress dry cleaned with some stains that should have been easily removed. The dress looked the exact same when I picked it up. It also came home with a hole from the harsh chemicals they tested on it. Go to union cleaners instead

same day cleaning??? i went to pick up my shirts at the end of best cleaners day, which is the beginning of my day (i work nights). I work at a silver platter restaurant. we DO NOT show up ‘out of uniform’. I’m not sure how Best Cleaners can ever repay me for getting dismissed from work.
normal:
cuffs and collars always less clean then i can do in a normal washing machine at home.
asking if a shirt can be boxed «now», staff takes my clothes «in back». 26 minutes later, comes back with shirts not boxed… late for work.
sometimes:
witnessed customers picking up (ahead of me in line), who leave empty handed because Best Cleaners hasn’t done the correct job.
free dry cleaning for a year MIGHT get me to keep using Best.
