Locals recommended this deli, when we pulled of the turnpike in search of gas. If we had known about the Center Stage Deli before we pulled off the highway — ITWOULDHAVEBEENOURSOLEDESTINATION. The sandwiches are huge and PILEDHIGH with meat. An 8 inch deli sub sandwich averages $ 8. Our ham & cheese, pastrami, and anti-pasta sandwiches on sourdough rolls were HUGE. Piled high like an old-fashioned deli, no scales are used to weigh the meat — like in chain based sandwich joints. Definitely worth getting off the turnpike JUSTTOVISITTHECENTERSTAGEDELI !

I’ve never had anything here that wasn’t good. Sandwiches are good, burgers are great and I’m addicted to the tuna & rings salad. It is slightly high priced for what it is but still a solid choice for a good place to eat in or take out.

I got the antipasto sandwich and it was absolutely incredible! Friendly service willing to give recommendations, food was made in a timely manner. Great spot to grab some lunch, awesome small ma/pa place with some bangin sandwiches! Good find!

The food is delicious and there is a wide variety! However, I thought it was a little overpriced I paid $ 9 for a salad that had a couple pieces of chicken, lettuce and mandarin oranges. It was good but mostly all lettuce. Nice place but a little pricey to me personally.

Love the Hot Pastrami here and the soups are always great. Especially the Cream Of Chicken, Chicken Pastina and Vegetable Beef Barley.

Popular delicatessen and restaurant with a Broadway theme, dine-in or takeout. I also recall seeing the Center Stage Deli in the Proctor’s Arcade. They make fantastic Grilled Reubens, Hot Pastrami Sandwiches, and Combination Sandwiches, including the Pastrami and Corned Beef Sandwich with slaw & Russian dressing. This casual deli/restaurant is divided into two sections. On the left side, the main deli takeout area has wood floors, with overhead menu boards over the long deli counter & food prep area. On the right side, a full service dining room decorated with lots of framed Broadway show posters and framed photos of performers(many autographed) hanging on the yellow painted walls. I’ve seen some of these shows at Proctor’s. I love Cats! They offer soups, salads, cold deli salads, deli sandwiches(served with pickle), combination sandwiches, triple deckers, hot sandwiches(with fries), grill items, burgers(served with fries & cole slaw), gourmet subs, comfort dish dinner specials(meatloaf, turkey with gravy, chicken parm & pasta, fish & chips), and desserts(pies, cheesecake, sundaes, and cookies). The prices here are fair, most sandwiches/subs $ 5.99-$ 8.95 and dinner entrees $ 9.95-$ 10.95. A Grilled Reuben(Pastrami) with pickle is $ 8.59 with tax. The food is made to order and the service is friendly. Catering and buffet packages are available. Overall, 3.75STARS
