Dunkin’ Donuts

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts! The staff is always friendly and they always get more order right. I love that the location is down the block from my house. I can walk there if I want to.

I’ll give up two stars for this one. The service is fast, but probably only because school is out for the summer and energetic kids are running the show. I’m not a fan of fast food all that much, but sometimes I just need the job done. Their ham and cheese sandwich is decent, and I’d order it again. I think that if you like the taste of processed cheese a person would like the sausage and egg wrap. I had a chocolate glazed doughnut with my coffee and it didn’t disappoint. It was fresh and it was good.

Recently renovated to give a little extra space to customers, this is still a Micro-​Dunkin, with only four seats at a counter and a short line area. (And, as I hope is obvious, no drive-​thru.)
Park on Keyes, not Union, if you’re driving for best results.
As a half-​sized outlet the donuts are obviously shipped in, and they have half the stock area for the baked goods as a «normal» Dunky. That said, the donuts still seem to be fresh enough in the afternoon and they haven’t run out of too much, they do hot sandwich menu, and with the spiffed-​up interior and fairly responsive, friendly service, this is a really decent neighborhood DD.
DD’s only rarely going to get into four-​star territory in my book due to its inherent limitations so it’s not a knock on this place I don’t give it four stars. Decent and better than many DD locations.

Went back on ⁷⁄₁₀ and the order was wrong. When I mentioned it to the staff I was not given an apology.
How hard is it to read the screen to see what a customer has ordered? Dunkin needs to inform it’s employees to read the screens to make sure they are making the order properly and if they didn’t to apologize.
