McDonald’s

Sorry to say after I went yesterday for lunch I have to change my review. After we had ordered, my daughter wanted fries, so I asked the food server at the Drive Thru if he could charge me for the fries at the window and he said «No, we are backed up upfront and we can’t» so I asked to speak to the manager and he told me «My manager is gonna say the same» and he said «Right?» And the manager very rudely said «No, I can’t». So After I left the Drive Thru, I went around again to buy my daughter the fries, and their was only one person ahead of me. As my son opened the wrap he saw a black piece of stuff left behind from the fryer in his wrap. So I asked the cashier to replace it and she was very happy to replace it and asked me if I was satisfied with the rest of the wraps and I checked and the other wraps were missing the bacon (this was bacon & ranch crispy wraps) & were cold. So she told the manager (another manager who was sitting in the office) to please give her the key to add waste of wraps into the system. And she told him that the wraps were cold and disgusting & And the manager replied «What do you expect? These are not burritos!» So, I will NEVER return to McDonald’s again… No wonder Burger King is doing better than McDonald’s!

The food is not that good when you gotta lock the doors and they got to open doors too much ghetto and the McDonald’s people out start trouble my food was cold

I don’t generally have very bad experiences at most McDonald’s restaurants, but this one experience that happened yesterday really didn’t thrill me. I mean, with the exception of my frozen Fruit parfait that I chose not to switch out at the registers for another unfrozen Parfait, my Bacon Ranch salad was okay. And on top of that, the meals of the other guests in my «party» (including myself, it contained 6 people), the meals that everyone else had weren’t that bad either.
The meal was served in an efficient manner. Although some rather minor details were definitely overlooked, the service you get at most McDonald’s weren’t. The area was in need of repair, and although there was no garbage overflowing like Jill before me said, you could tell by the rest of the place and it’s atmosphere that no one really cared what happened.
Towards the end of the journey into this place, my brother also had to use the men’s room. Here, you need to be buzzed into the room (running as fast as you can to get over to the door from the registers). He came back reporting that the men’s room wasn’t great but definitely served it’s purpose on a landslide.
I know in the past I’ve come here before (well before this Unilocal account was set up), but this one really shocked me.
And on top of that, there were these interesting people who came into the establishment. They looked like street bums. They made a great scene to watch, laughing at times (both internally and even at one point externally through a small, low-​pitched giggle).
At no time did I ever see any employee ever come around and see what was happening. Some of the tables needed to be cleaned, and the place was not really kept up well. This place wasn’t really all that packed, so I don’t know what was keeping these employees from servicing their restaurant.
I don’t think I’ll ever return again here.

Bad service! Don’t even bother. .poorly managed, garbage overflowing inside and outside, no ice, piss poor attitudes of employees. .couldnt handle the counter let alone thec drive thru. skip this place @ all costs!
