I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years. The family that owns it are absolutely wonderful people. Tom is the man as well, he may as well be a part of the family.
Any time you are in need of any tobacco products, make this your first, last, and only stop.
I have since moved to California, and still purchase most of my glassware at Orion.
They also have a great selection of T-​shirts, posters, stickers, and other great little gift ideas.

What a gem of a shop in downtown Schenectady. Located on picturesque Jay Street, Orion offers a whole variety of tobacco and tobacco related products, along with books, magazines, and jewelry. I went in for my usual and had a nice chat with one of the shop keepers — and smoked INSIDE! Who knew that tobacco shops were exempt from the anti-​smoking laws?
Five stars plus.
