Great pizza and easy online ordering. The sauce and crust were excellent. I think we found our regular pizza place!

Paulie’s has some great food when they actually get your order right. We have ordered from them several times and 5 out of 6 times our order has been messed up. We usually order a Chicken Caesar wrap with a side of dressing and a bbq bacon cheeseburger with lettuce. The times that our order has been messed up they have either forgotten the dressing and have charged us (.50) for it or they have forgotten the bacon on the burger and have charged us ($ 1). They have also forgotten the lettuce several times but thankfully they don’t charge for that. I usually have to ask for a side of dressing because they never seem to put much on the wrap. I don’t like a ton of dressing but I do like to at least taste it and usually I can’t taste it unless I get a side of it. If you order from here I suggest you check your food before leaving to make sure you got everything you asked for, especially if you’re being charged for extras.

Pizza was pretty good! The sauce was awesome and there was a good amount to the pizza, not super thin like other NY Style places. The crust was great, I just wish there was more to it! The pizza doesn’t hold up on its own though, definitely fork and knife or fold in half to eat. Still one of the best places we’ve found in this area.

We get Paulie’s every Friday !!! The pizza is right on (take it from someone that grew up eating NYC pizza)…I love their wings as well… service is also great, couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people

This place is awesome! We’ve been looking for a place with good pizza at decent prices and have definitely found it. I ordered a large, round supreme and it was huge! Tons of toppings and a wonderful crust — crunchy, a little sweet, so yummy. And the price was so much better than other places we’ve tried. My only complaint is that with so many toppings the bottom got a little soggy. Not the end of the world! We will be ordering from here from now on!

I did it! I finally found a great pizzeria in the capital region! I moved here a few years ago, nothing has really hit me as a place I would get cravings for. Paulie’s knows how to make a pie. I’ll be back.

Really great pizza some of the best in the area. Pizza has a gritty texture on the crust which really adds flavor to it and makes it stand out against other pizza places in the area. Wings are always good and they have a decent amount of flavors to choose from. One of my favorite things to order for a cheap lunch is there chicken finger and fries combo it is a large amount of food for the price and it always fills me up.

This is excellent pizza, and to echo what others have said, this might be the best you can get outside of Manhattan. Start with their plain cheese pizza for your first time.

Paulie’s is fairly new but their food and especially their pizza is probably the best in the Capital Region if not outside of Manhattan. The pizza is New York style with a sauce that is seldom ever found outside of Manhattan’s Little Italy. The same goes for their pastas, which are al dente and not mushy. Their wings are right up there with the best of the Capital Region.
The staff are very friendly and regardless of what you want one-​offs are never denied. It’s not an eat-​in restaurant though there are a few tables.
Paulie’s is highly recommended and will not disappoint.

Went back to try fresh pies. Got a plain cheese and a margarita. Both were excellent, really glad I tried the place. Better than any pizza around as far as far as I’m concerned. More of a NYC style than what you normally get in the Capital region. Crust, sauce and cheese all very good and the proportions between them were just right.

Pizza is excellent, much better than previous tenants Ottimo. The crust has that gritty stuff on the bottom which is great. My new go to for pizza/​fried food delivery.

Great place. Thier pizza and wings were perfect. Meatball sub was also on point. I hope they do well!
