Great Starbucks! My husband asks about military discounts everywhere we go. The barista at the window said they didn’t have one specific for military, but he did offer us his employee discount. The coffee was great and service was quick.

The hours on here are incorrect… They are NOT closed on Friday and Saturday. This is a nice quaint Starbucks. The were on the list to close a few years ago but their customers rallied behind them, wrote corporate headquarters and they stayed open. Thank goodness… it’s our neighborhood Starbucks and I’d be lost without it b

I’m a regular visitor to the Capital District and this is by far the friendliest Starbucks I have EVER been to anywhere. The staff go out of their way to be nice and a smile goes a long way! Thank you!

I’ll often hit this Starbucks drive-thru if I’m on Rt. 7, usually by cutting through the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot next door. Actually, I don’t think I’ve ever been INSIDE this particular Starbucks, so I can’t really speak to its cleanliness or atmosphere. The people at the drive-thru are always very pleasant, though. Paying with the app on my phone is never an issue, and my order is always accurate. Can’t ask for much more, I suppose.

5 stars because it’s the only Starbucks for miles. They have outdoor seating that is literally in the parking lot.

I’m a little bit of Starbucks fiend at times. I’ve been to many of the Starbucks around the Capital District and this one is the best. I’m lucky that now, while still a little bit of a drive, this one is the closet store to where I live. The service is typically great and the staff is friendly. I can’t remember ever getting a drink prepared wrong.

This Starbucks is one of the dirtier ones I’ve been to. When I come into a place that’s empty, I expect that the tables are clean. Not the case here. This place just has that feeling, like they don’t care.

Love this place. I cannot start my morning without a yummy warm coffee. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great service, it’s quicker to go inside rather than going in drive-thru.

The only negative was the small parking lot. Staff was friendly and started a conversation while I was waiting for my drink, not to mention my drink was made amazingly.

One of those odd standalone Starbucks that is cheek to jowl with a Dunky’s(literally next door). This one has a very peppy drive-thru — I watched a five-car lineup being dispatched in about as many minutes — and a somewhat undersized interior. I counted four tables, a sort of booth, three lounge chairs, and a laptop bar. One of the tables is very oddly shoehorned into a closet-like space in front of the restrooms, like a penalty box — I wonder what you have to do wrong to get sent there? Parking is split into three areas to accommodate the drive thru so can be difficult to navigate to a space during busy periods. My service was prompt but my «hot» food was tepid — Bux continues to have quality control problems across the board with their hot food lineup, so this location is not exceptional. The pick-up area here is above average for the chain — plenty of space and the pick up counter is sort of on a corner. Laptop Zombie Infiltration Factor: fifty percent. One Laptop Zombie today was consuming space around two tables /four seats. Drive-thru worthy: yes. Pick-up worthy: jury is still out, parking not the most convenient. Lounge-worthy: no. See«Penalty Box» and«Laptop Zombie Infiltration Factor», above, for details.

I pretty much categorically refuse to get espresso based beverages from a Starbucks. I know that is very closed minded of me, because more than anything the quality of an espresso has to do with the person coaxing it from the machine than the machine itself. Still, most times I’m not quite willing to take that leap of faith. That is why Starbucks for me has been relegated to the world of brewed coffee. And in a world where you only have Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks to choose between, I’ll chose Starbucks EVERYSINGLETIME. Seriously I can barely drink the swill they brew at DD. «What world would this be?» you may ask. The world of drive through coffee. Yes, I want to sit down and savor my coffee from a ceramic cup, breathing in the heady aromas wafting up under my nose. I would like to consider the coffee itself, its flavor and its body, and ponder those depths at my leisure. But dammit, sometimes I’m just tired, and I need a pick me up. And I need coffee now. And I will drink it from a paper cup. And I will drink it through a plastic lid. For those times, this Starbucks with its drive through window is the bees knees.

This is one of my favorite starbucks to go to, even though on occasion it is out of my way i will still make sure this is the starbucks I get my coffee at. The baristas are always extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve never not gotten what I wanted because they were overwhelmed or preoccupied. When you need questions answered for you they are patient and are able to answer all your questions. Don’t worry about not getting what you want here, you will and it will be with a smile.
