Stay far away from this over priced place. Had exhaust work done overcharged then 14 months later need ed the same thing done. Went back to car x to see if there was a warranty and they said it was a 12 month warranty and this was the 14 month.
Would help on the price and told me exhaust only last a year. I will never go back here. Just got the same thing done next door at USA muffler for $ 110 cheaper

If you have a repair needed on your car DO NOT GO HERE!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! My SUV would not start so I brought it in and they told me I needed a new battery (which didn’t seem right since my battery was only a year old) So I did it anyway. Then they told me I also needed a new fuel pump too! So I dropped $ 1000.00 thought everything was fine and left. Then brought it home and a few days later my suv didn’t start AGAIN! Finally got it started drove it back to Carx and they said it was just a FLUKE!!! The next day it wouldn’t start again! Had to pay to have it towed over there and they said it was the fuel pump AGAIN and they replaced it. Brought it home and a week later AGAIN it would not start! Doug the Manager said he would pay to have it towed there AGAIN. This time they said it was caused by a clog in the throttle and paid $ 80 for that. We told them there was also a strange clunking sound coming from underneath the car we wanted checked out and they never did it!!! They tried to back out of paying for the towing charge too !!! AND they did not call me when the car was ready after waiting for 4 days!!! WTF!!! We brought the car home after FOUR times of bringing it for the SAME PROBLEM and again after bringing it home a few days later it would not start again!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS !!! TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE GOING HERE!!! Not even worth the full star!!! MY suv still has the loud clunking sound which they claimed there was no problem and I dropped over a grand for the other repair and it was NOT resolved!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
