This place is awesome. We had a Groupon offer, and there were 10 or so of us in a group. We had a lesson on how to do a stepping stone. It was such fun. They take you through the entire process. It makes it very easy to see yourself doing more of this once you go through it the first time. The gals there were able to work right with each of us, help with design, teach the right way to use the grout float, what to do once the grout set up enough to sponge it or brush it to expose the glass mosaic. They showed us different types of mosaic, explaining how each was done. Very friendly — and each of them artists. Would love to go again — I have room for plenty of stepping stones… or pots… or bird baths… or concrete benches…

If you want to learn a new skill in a professional, friendly, family oriented, and stress-free environment — I recommend you go to the shop today. I never, in a million years, thought that I would be able to learn how to cut glass and produce such beautiful works of art. Initially, I was intimidated and hesitated to start working with glass, but the owner (Anita), was (and is) so patience, kind, and skilled. My class (with all first timers) was so much fun, my fears were diminished and before I knew it, I had this beautiful glass art! I have made so many products for family & friends and stain glass makes great gifts for any occasion. So go — stop in today and I promise you, you will go back for more; I know I did!
