Bad customer service… we went thru Drive Thru to get some sundaes and ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and we were told that there is a 3 minute wait for the cookies. We were told to wait at the drive thru parking stall and they will bring it out. We waited for 20 minutes and no came out… I went inside to inquire about them cookies and they forgot all about it! Them cookies were still waiting in the oven… waiting for somebody to take them out and pack them. And when they hand them out to me… they did not even apologized and acted like everything is normal. The whole crew seems like they did not care at all so long as as they got somebody else’s money.

The baby changing table in the bathroom was clean and even had the paper changing table covers.
Waited 20 min. for 2 cheeseburgers, 10pc ckn nugget meal and ckn nugget kids meal. The fries were awful, the oil in the frier is definitely over due to be changed. I for some reason wasn’t given my cup for a drink until I finally got my food. They forgot to put ckn nuggets in my sons happy meal.

So we came the other night and it was great… but we were the only ones here. Came back tonight. Super slow. Don’t have many menu items. Dirty tables, chairs, floors. Truck blocking parking lot. Had to ask for cups when we ordered meals. Staff fiddling around, but not doing anything. Poor customer service. Hope things improve.

Very slow everytime I go (2x per week for the past four years). It is nearby and should be convenient but everytime I go through the drive through they ask me to park while they make fries or chicken. When I get wherever I’m going I open the bag or take a bite to find that I have been giver the wrong thing or that items are missing. It has been getting worse over the past year.
This time we parked and waited. When we got home the fries were weird– cant really describe it other than wet and limp and very cold (we were waiting for the fries today) and they had given us the wrong flavor snack wraps.
The people are really nice though which is why I always go back.

The play place is very clean and spacious. We go on Sundays after church and it is rarely crowded. Staff is nice. Food isn’t always fast but when the kids are playing, I don’t mind waiting for fresh fries.

Slowest McDonald’s ever. Only three cars in front of me and they did not order much… still waited 15 mins. For two coffees… just terrible

As far as McDonald’s go, this one is pretty run of the mill, with one exception, they suck really really bad. I went through the drive through, and ordered amongst other things a chicken CBO. I get home and take a bite of my sandwich and to my dismay the B in my CBO is nowhere to be found. I’m so distraught that I was actually moved to post a negative review on McDonald’s which is pointless because everyone already knows that McDonald’s sucks. But seriously I paid almost 6 bucks for a sandwich and you forgot my bacon! People like the people making the sandwiches at the McDonald at 3009 are the reason I have trust issues.

This place has its moments. Haven’ t been to McDonalds for some time so went today during lunch time and everything was ok. Their tea was still too sweet and the fries got cold quickly. They need to do a better job keeping their tables and restrooms cleaned – especially during peak times. I make a point not to go during those slow times (2:30pm-4pm) and after 8pm). It seems their food goes down in quality during those times. Whataburger still has the lead on McD as far as I’m concerned.
