Whataburger

It is a wonderful feeling when staff members greet you and open the door for you. My first time visiting this location in store. One of my children had a fundraiser for her school tonight. This is a portion of the profits is given to the school. They offered a raffle and a door prize of a Whataburger waterbottle. It was nice. The raffle was for one year free whataburger. I don’t really know the specs of the raffle. Ordering was easy just like the drive through. We enjoyed the hot hot fresh french fries. I had a patty melt which was a tad to spicy for me. The fresh brewed ice tea was very good. I did mix unsweetened and sweetened tea. I love it. It was a packed restaurant tonight but we did enjoy dinner and seeing some of my daughter classmates, raising money and having dinner all at the same time. Thank you Whataburger for an awesome night.

NA .I rate bathroom condition. But we didn’t visit bathroom although I say half star for having hand sanitizer available by the drink fountains. That is super convenient. 4.5 stars.

This place is good and close to home. This locale is fast and has good service. Hamburgers are huge too.
Definitely you get your monies worth.

Bunch of kids fooling around with their friends who come to visit them. They gave my order to some guy, he unwrapped sandwich and was touching it to see what’s inside. After they passed it to each other as wrong order they remembered me, I asked for new one. Got it, but no plate and had to get my condiments myself…

Not sure what it is about this particular location but their drive-​thru TAKES FOREVER. Never fails. I frequent another location near my house & another by work (I love Whataburger, what can I say?) and never experience a long wait. I need to scratch this location off my list. I suggest they model their response after other locations.

Went back against better judgement and they forgot to grill my grilled cheese. This is what I get for eating fast food instead of cooking so thanks for that I guess

Driving from Austin to San Antonio on the 45. Seems like there’s a Whataburger every other exit, so… We had to stop. What a great burger! Dude at the counter helped us decide. All employees were friendly and helpful. Food was very good and fresh. Resturant was clean and well maintained. Would recommend it to anyone.

I got married this past friday and had car paint all of my car. My now wife and I were in the car and the staff at Whataburger saw the paint and kept on congratulating us. We were spoken to by 3 different employees and received 2 free chocolate shakes, 2 free apple pies, and a free cookie. Haha, they made us feel special and we all had a good laugh. Thanks guys!

I love this location as the employees are always welcoming and offer little extras like bringing some more coffee to you and thanking you for coming. I usually come for breakfast; I love their sausage biscuits with egg. Their coffee is always fresh and strong. The fried pies here are delicious, as well as, their different malts and shakes.

I’m not a Whatburger fan, and this place is not going to change my mind any time soon.
It’s a new building custom made for Whataburgers idiotic ordering and delivery system, full of tiny Narnia size windows and rabbit holes. Too bad nobody ever gets to use them since its so damn slow that there will be a parking lot of drive-​thru cars at the front of the building.
They’re open ²⁴⁄₇ and just like momma said, ain’t nothing good happening after midnight.

Man I can’t see why these other reviews actually gave this location such a high score. Service is below par, burgers are way over cooked and good luck if you can actually get fresh fries, and for all late night cravers, avoid this place because it only gets a whole lot worse. Out of about 40 different whataburger places I have tried this one by far is absolutely the worst. To know what a good whataburger taste like you have to go back to where they first started … Service with a smile fresh hot fries every time and a burger for fast food that will make you feel good inside for… And when your done there its like a going away party with employees thanking you for choosing them and not like this raunch dive Good luck in getting a smile from them if they put down there phone long enough to notice anything.

First of all the restaurant is located in an area that is undergoing road expansion so you might have to deal with a little traffic and road closures – but it looks like the city is getting close to finishing. Parking is sufficient to handle the busy lunch/​dinner schedule. The outside/​entrance of the restaurant is kept-​up/​clean. Once you go inside the dinning area (nice atmosphere) seems to be kept up as well as the restrooms. The people at the counter seem to be very friendly/​helpful and ordering goes pretty quickly except during peak times. Once you order your food, they bring it out to the table and offer any additional condiments you might need/​want. On several occasions, they came by to ask if everything is ok – nice touch. The food delivery took on average between 5 – 10 minutes – no problems for me especially if it’s during peak times. The meals we’ve ordered at this place have always been hot and good. Have never received old fries like I’ve experienced with McDonalds and Wendy’s. Overall good experience and regularly go for lunch/​dinner with my family.

I don’t really do the fast food thing, but I had to try since my friend here is in love with the chicken honey biscuit for breakfast and recommended it. All I could think of was“I am so going to the gym after I eat this”. It was pretty good and def very very filling. I didn’t eat much after breakfast.
