We needed some shoes, for my mom and she’s very picky plus having small wide feet, can be tricky.
The girls were very welcoming, store is very clean and open.
Easy to find stuff.
My mom got her loafers, she loves them and very comfy to walk in.
I found cute sandals and love them, I too have wide feet, but much bigger lol can be challenging to find sandals, but I was happy.
We checked out, I always check for deals, ad, Unilocal or retail me not. …
Not only did we get our shoes on sale, I was able to combine a 25% off coupon wewt! Love saving some money. Signed up for the savings thing for emails so why not.

Usually go buy my daughter shoes for her dresses here. They are pretty good at asking if you need help and helping you locate an item whether it is in their store or calling a different one to put an item on hold for you. They do an awesome job keeping the store clean and organized. It’s pretty easy to see the sizes and prices on boxes unlike other Payless I have been to. If there is something unclear they will happily look it up on the system for you. Overall they have great customer service, that’s why I keep coming back.
