The staff was amazing at showing me around and explaining all the different types of beds. Very neat and clean. Great pricing! The staff member that assisted me helped me choose lotions for my right skin tone and what I am looking for. Can’t wait to continue my tanning experience here!

Broke down equipment! Everything was great until the tanning bed broke while I was in it. After 2 minutes I heard a LOUDPOP while I was getting my tan on. It scared me to death. I quickly decided to get out but as I raised the top of tanning bed it fell on my head. OUCH!!! It hurt so bad, still hurts three days later. My Dr. is requiring a CAT scan. The spring on the bed broke. Don’t remember seeing a warning for that! After the PalmBeach tanning bed fell on my head the clerk called her boss. The boss told her clerk she’d call me to discuss what happened. It’s been three days and no phone call. **UPDATE** Due to my original post I got a phone call. Customer service is so important in every industry. Thank you PBT.

I’m really disappoint with this location. I use to tan here all the time but took time off during summer. I returned after Christmas and everything was different. New management(who’s never there), new faces, etc. the girls there seem to be very confused or don’t know what they’re doing. If you go in around 4−7pm be prepared to wait. There’s always been only 1 girl trying to catch up with the wave of people. The bulbs aren’t strong nor hot and the place seems to be messier with each time I come in. I’m not sure if I will continue with my membership.

Great salon with great benefits for their customers. You get rewards every few months and they are awesome. Some of the new girls get too big for their britches and have an attitude, but hang tight because they always quit. The girls that have been there a long time are amazing.

For those of us not blessed with naturally bronzing skin, summer can be a bit sudden and brutal. Not to mention if you’re headed anywhere warm for vacation. I recently completed a three month experiment with Palm Beach Tan to try and avoid the dreaded weeks of nothing but burning until my skin decides to accept the glare. And boy was it worth it! Being new and not familiar, I went with the basic package, which is unlimited tanning in the lowest-rent bed and three sessions in one of the Star Trek thingies. And did it work! A couple sessions a month was enough to keep the sunburn from showing up while toobin’ or just spending a day outside. I even used one of the free spray tans that came with the package for a Memorial Day event just to hide some of my quasi-tan splotching. The only issue is the product pushing — yes it is how they make their money, but it is a little ridiculous compared to what you can buy online or in a skin care store. So for $ 30 a month, I avoided getting burned all summer and probably looked better than I have in a while. Well, at least in terms of pale-to-angry-red skintone.
