My vision is horrible so eye visits are pretty important to me. I’ve been coming here for 3 years. Both Dr. Buttlar and Dr. Barnes are professional and personable. The rest of the staff is great. I’m always greeted immediately. Both the ladies behind the desks and the opticians have been so helpful. Like I said my vision is horrible so my vision insurance and coverage is complicated. They help me navigate the paperwork and get the best deal.

Dr. Butler isn’t the most customer friendly and neither is the staff member that enters the patient data into the system before she arrives. Very blunt and quick to get rid of you but she gets the job done…
I gave 3 stars for the customer friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk, eye prep, and eyeglass staff. That part of my experience was pleasant for me and my child who’s completely new to this. The worst part of the visit was the doctor and her bulldog assistant. Don’t get me wrong, they weren’t horrible or inexperienced in their craft. They just lacked the customer service you’d expect when you have an 11 year old patient.
