If a lady named Cheryl answers the phone there do yourself a favor and hang up. Most of the ladies and gentlemen that work there are very helpful. Seek their advice. Other than that they’re pretty good

Steer clear of the pharmacy and photo lab. I called the pharmacy and was put on hold for about 20 minutes so I finally hung up and called back the next day. The person was unable to help me so she took my name and phone number and over a month later no call back. lol. The photo lab did a horrible job on my professional pics

The Pharmacy department is one of the worst around. The staff seem to not communicate with each other or the pharmacist. None of them are very friendly and be prepared to wait a while when trying to get some help. I am currently moving my business to CVS down the street.

The young pharmacist lady is not helpful, doesn’t even attempt to help. Just plainly, if it requires her to do anything but be a cashier then she’s going to tell you, we can’t do that. Insurance card is in the mail and all she has to do it call to confirm but who cares how much we have to pay out of pocket for medications, shame on her, she wasn’t even busy.

Friendly staff. Elizabeth was especially a big help in developing a picture poster board. You don’t get this service anywhere nowadays.

Love this place! I would give it 5 stars if it were open 24hr, but sadly it’s not. But that’s ok, cause its my local Walgreen!

It’s great for last min stuff! I have lived in Schertz my whole life and never thought I would become a Walgreens junkie! Check the adds before you go because you can always find great deals.

On the positive side, yay Walgreens! Cheap candy to rot out your teeth, decent grocery selection and lots of hair care products! On the negative side, boo Walgreens! With a Wal-Mart, HEB, CVS and numerous gas stations nearby, there’s really no need to get gouged on the items they mark up(milk, sundries, party/bbq supplies). This review boils down to a battle between this Walgreens and the CVS a block away. For some inexplicable reason, this Walgreens doesn’t have a robust selection of OTC medicines, focusing more on long term care items(maybe because of the two assisted living facilities nearby?) So in that area, this place gets the loss.
