Best café in Saratoga County. Excellent breakfast and lunch choices as well as home made baked treats. Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient service. Checkout their annual New Year’s day Brunch/Buffet!

Was there a couple a times just not my kind of place a little overpriced for me but thats just my opinion and I agree with the lady that said you want jelly you pay $ 1.00 extra ??? What is up with that I have never paid extra for jelly in my life !!

My wife and I had an excellent breakfast. Everything is made in-house, the breads, pastries, even the turkey sausage. She had an omelet and I had the French Toast made with homemade whole wheat bread and served with real maple syrup.

Literally, best Sunday breakfast I’ve had in awhile. Low key, great staff, amazing food, good prices, and I’ll definitely be back!

What a find this is! We’ll be back. The staff is so very friendly and helpful and the food to die for. I had a breakfast burrito and they even were able to provide a gluten-free wrap. They were really up on the issue of gluten which is an important one in my family. Anyway, back to the burrito which was filled with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs with onions and excellent melted cheese. It was very tasty and the presentation was delightful. My cousin paid the bill so I didn’t see the total but I know the offerings are reasonable. Coffee was good; nice and strong. Thing is, it doesn’t look like much from the outside but don’t let that fool you. You can’t even see the name until you look on the back wall when you get inside. All it seems to say outside is «CAFE&BAKERY». You get inside and find cheerful yellow walls, nice little tables and it looks clean. It appears possible to be served at tables outside as well.

Just stopped in this establishment for the first time. Staff greeted me instantly. Waitstaff and owner/cook were extremely friendly. Ordered the apple over the moon pancake, served with pure maple syrup. It was delicious! I love supporting local restaurants and I will definitely return to this one. I also picked up some great looking turtle cupcakes, but can’t comment on the taste because we haven’t tried them yet.

We were passing through town and stopped for a coffee and snack from the bakery. Coffee was good, kids really liked the brownies, coffee cake was wonderful and the staff was awesome. Next time we are passing through we’ll likely plan a breakfast stop. All the dishes we saw looked great.

Had two wonderful breakfasts here. The food was great but what really stood out was the friendly service! They handled serving a large group with two small children extremely well. The food tasted great, loves the mooncakes! Well definitely be back!

Everything seems to be either homemade or local, even make their own turkey deli meat. Free refills. Super sweet and attentive staff. Got a Philly, a Moon Melt, and a burger, iced teas(delicious) and iced coffee. Definitely stop in if you’re in the area. I’ll be back.

I had breakfast there about 2 hours ago… and I’m still full. Today was my first visit to Over The Moon and I was not disappointed. I tried the«Apple Mooncakes»…pancakes made with whole wheat flour and oats topped with soft, sweet, cinnamon apples. «Tastes like Apple Pie»! Yep… it does! I ordered 2 pancakes(choices are 2 or 3)…and I still left over a ton… I was sure I could finish them(until I saw them… they’re huge). I had a side of turkey sausage that you could tell was homemade. Pure maple syrup to accompany the pancakes… yum. Coffee — strong and perfect. Not bitter at all. Staff — friendly, smiling, attentive. It’s fairly small but they still manage to accommodate large groups(and in the warm weather have a couple of tables outside). The baked goods looked delicious… will have to go back and pick up a few things from there at some point in the future. I was happy to see the steady stream of people this morning. Always rooting for the locals.

This place is cheery and pleasant. The food is all made to order and made with care. I had their burger, which is made with antibiotic and hormone free beef. It was delicious, and cooked properly. My friends had a salad, veggie wrap and veggie burger, all of which were good as well. Don’t be discouraged by the lack of parking; it’s worth a short walk!

Best food east of the Mississippi. I had lunch there twice so far. Would go everyday if I didn’t live so far away. Everything is fresh and better than home made. The carrot cake was the best I ever had. Wonderful place to eat.

Ordered a custom cake. Phenomenal is an understatement. Amazing homemade lemon cake with raspberry filling & butter cream frosting. Better than Grandma used to make! Beautiful roses, shell border & lettering. Can’t wait for the next birthday so we can try a chocolate masterpiece!

Is there a better breakfast sandwich anywhere? I think not. The Moon Melt on homemade rye toast is as good as it gets.

I’ve been here twice for breakfast and the food is pretty good, but I have two complaints that will keep me from going back: They keep their pancake syrup in the fridge so it’s served ice cold for your hot pancakes. They also make very good bread for their toast, but if you want some jam to go with your toast it’ll cost you a dollar. Seriously. I have never ever been charged for jam. Their homemade jam should bring people in the door, not turn them away like it did me.

Passing through Schuylerville, I made a quick snack break pitstop at the new Over The Moon Café & Bakery, which was formerly Olde Saratoga Café & Bakery. Like its predecessor, breakfast and lunch are served in a quaint, very cozy and relaxing atmosphere with several tables for eating in(full service waitstaff) in front of the bakery counter. The place has a fresh look with the walls freshly painted in bright yellow. The breakfast menu(7AM-12PM) offerings include egg dishes, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, mooncakes, French toast, sausage gravy & biscuits, muffins, and old fashioned oatmeal. The turkey sausage is housemade. The lunch menu(12PM-3PM) offerings include salads, soups, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, moon melts, hot dogs, and homemade desserts. The prices here are fair, most meals $ 5.00-$ 9.50. A half sandwich with a cup of soup is $ 5 and a Reuben/Rachel with chips, pickle, and deli salad is $ 9.50. They use ingredients from local suppliers and the King Bros. ground beef is free of hormones, antibiotics, & preservatives. The menu sounded so good, but I already had lunch an hour before and was here for a couple bakery items. I picked up a Carrot Cake Cupcake($ 1.50 plus tax) and a Chocolate Macaroon($ 0.75 plus tax) to go. The carrot cake was very moist and the cream cheese frosting was light and creamy. The macaroon was very firm and dense with a nice sweet chocolate coconut flavor. These little baked goods were both excellent and small enough to satisfy the sweet tooth with my coffee. Just what I needed! The staff was very friendly and some of the bakery items were described to me as I was deciding what to get. I would definitely stop in here again for breakfast or lunch and dessert is a sure bet! CLOSED Tuesdays FREE Wifi
