Decent mini-exchange at Scott Air Force Base. No real deals on fuel, tho. While visiting, I found a couple local stations were offering lower prices, albeit a penny cheaper.
Inside the store, I found it to be well laid out, clean and organized. Prices were similar to those found outside the main Gate. A decent selection of adult beverages were on hand.
Fast food selections, as well as a decent selection of microwaveable meals are available for those last-minute-all-the-restaurants-have-closed kind of days.

My go-to spot for caffeine after PT. They have a decent variety of energy drinks, but since Red Bull came out with their three new flavors, I stick to what I know.
Cigarette prices here cannot be beat. My Camels cost around $ 5.20…far cheaper than anywhere off base (unless you want to drive to St. Louis).
They have an awesome snack selection… including a couple flavors of my Luna bars which I eat very regularly.
This is also the class six store, so their alcohol variety is fantastic. I don’t generally buy alcohol here unless I have some compelling reason to (I always feel weird buying alcohol in uniform), but their prices are competitive.
Overall, this place has a little bit for everyone and if you work on base, this is your one stop shop.
