I’ve been here three times. And two of those times something has gone wrong. First time, they didn’t give me the zesty sauce(that I asked for twice) with my meal in the drive thru. Then today I went to get the new«Dr. Pepper» milkshake. It was HORRIBLE. It tasted just like a plain vanilla milkshake with a TINY bit of flavoring. Never getting it again.

Like all Burger Kings some times faster than others depending on who’s working. Prices usually a little better than down town. Ok for change of Pace

It’s BK, so expectations are known… fast food, I get it. The Bad: This particular BK sets the bar extra low with SLOW and INACCURATE. Way to go guys! Good: Bathrooms are clean first thing in the morning, so there’s that.

Located at Scott Air Force Base, I chose to use the drive-thru service on 31DEC, as I had a few places to visit, and started my day a little late. While waiting in line at the drive thru, I got JOY’D from a 99.1joy!FM listener. That is what some call a ‘drive-thru blessing’ and many others call a ‘random act of kindness’. What a surprise, especially since I was a visitor to the area. Whoever that person was ahead of me, you certainly made my day! Service was pleasant & efficient, and I was headed on my travels in no time. I recommend.

the employees here are friendly, even during the lunch rush they are polite, but speedy. clean dining area. burgers are assembled better here than other locations.

I know this is a BK. And I know a part of Unilocal’s mission is to help non-chain businesses some exposure they wouldn’t get otherwise. But I think Unilocal also exists to give praise where praise is due. And praise is due here. The Base BK gets jammed at meal time just like anywhere else, but the workers here are consistently speedy and efficient at keeping the line moving. Bad news for all those guys who have weigh-in just around the corner, but good news for the rest of us.
