I mean, I really like the sandwiches. BUT, they are never open! Don’t trust the hours they post because that doesn’t mean they will actually be open. Sometimes they open late, many times they close early. Before and after people work seem like popular times for getting a bite to eat, too bad they are often closed. I almost always end up having to go to Subway because this place isn’t open. I really do like their sandwiches too. Frustrating…

I can’t even give a review of food because they shut the doors on me. In the window it says they are open until 7pm and it was 6pm when I walked up and opened the door and the girl working says we close 6pm. So I will never come back. And there is a Togos very close and they are so much better.

One of my favorite name brand sandwich places. This one in particular is very clean and also has outside sitting. The only reason it gets 4 starts because it closes early and is never open long enough. I showed up at like 5 before and it was closed.

Hands down the WORST sandwich I have ever had. A bummer too because when you pick up lunch on your lunch break you can’t really go back out to get more lunch. Also, how hard is it to make a sandwich well? Their ingrediants are def not fresh, the jalepenos looked like they were sitting out for weeks. They use the most disgusting canned low grade tuna fish and I am pregnant, don’t they realize if people like me get sick from eating somthing tainted or not fresh that it can actually kill my baby. I will never go to another Quizno’z again. gross

IMHO Quizno’s consistently runs 2nd or 3rd place behind Togo’s for these reasons: 1. Sandwich portions are nothing like the gut-busting sizes they advertise. You’re lucky if your Quizno sandwich ends up being ½ that ad size. Togos definitely scored in the ad wars when they referred to their competitors’ product as «breadwiches.» The Quizno’s sandwich selections are good, but ease up on the portion control there, willya? 2. In every Quizno’s I’ve visited(and especially the Scotts Valley CA location), there’s always, *always* that sense of Quiet Desperation that underlies startup restaurant franchises. «If I don’t nickel-and-dime the customer for every napkin/straw used, I’m gonna go under.» 3. Tied to that Quiet Desperation element is a real cheapness in even honoring their own coupons. I tried using one of their«buy one sandwich, get one of same or lesser price free» at the Scotts Valley location and got grief from the barely English-speaking crew there(«Why would you want two LARGE sandwiches?» Why? Because your coupon says I can haz, Paco). BOTTOMLINE: Not worth the trip.

I dropped by after sunset. It is a nice place to be. There is outdoor seating, and the service is prompt. The sandwiches are consistently good, the soups are good and they serve Pepsi here! This is certainly an out of the way location. I like that also.
