This place is delicious. GF crust was perfect. Quality ingredients. Huge portions. Great pizza

The staff is extremely kind and care very much for customer service they are good at remembering faces, a very intimate place considering it being a chain. This mountain mikes also has some of the best pizza in town their pepperoni is to die for I will never enjoy a pepperoni pizza as a mountain size from mountain mikes!

The employees are always very confusing over the phone when i want to place an order (which has been twice). The first time i had a coupon and didnt get everything that was advertised on the coupon (they forgot wings). Just seems as though they dont have it together half the time.

I have had exceptional service and delivery time every time I’ve ordered. Absolutely delicious pizza and quality ingredients!

Love this shop! Amazing personal pizza ready in ten minutes !!! The owners are truly happy to serve Scotts Valley community.

Let me explain the four star review for a regular pizza franchise: super, super nice people that worked there.
This location appears family owned and is conveniently located across from the Hilton, whose restaurant is compromised due to construction. Anyway, back to the family…
…everybody was so sweet and so helpful and service-​oriented, at a place where maybe one wouldn’t expect much service, a pizza franchise in a strip mall.
The food? Pizza was solid or better: hot, cheesy and loaded. The fact that it didn’t come out in 2 seconds suggests it’s not some frozen garbage (I know nothing about the provenance of Mountain Mike’s pizza). You can skip the jalapeño poppers, though (my fault for ordering them at a pizza place).
Oh, and Stella on tap, which was a pleasant surprise!

The guy taking my order didn’t speak English very well. But unlike most places he cared a lot about ensuring I had a good dine in experience. He was very nice and friendly. The pizza was mediocre but it was better then any other pizza place in town and was relatively cheap as well. Definitely coming back here they gave relatively cheap pints as well.

Very fast delivery, especially so since I’m in Felton. The guy was here within 30 minutes of my call.
However, the pizza is just OK. I used to really like the one in Redwood City but this one just isn’t the same; the sauce was missing something and was a little bland.

Seriously in shock. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pizza place. Pizza was never delivered and when we called to complain, the delivery guy was M.I.A. We were told to expect a call back. A manager called to explain that they would remake the pizzas and deliver them at no charge. Fantastic. At 9 pm– two hours after ordering– the new pizzas were delivered– with a bill for the full amount! Um. No. So went sent the pizzas back and we’re stuck with four miserable kids (and 3 unhappy adults). We will never frequent Mountain Mikes again. So disappointing.

Terrible Service! DO NOT! We ordered at 7pm. Called at 8:15pm. They could not contact their driver. Had the wrong address! Promised new fresh pizza’s (3) and said they would not charge us. Driver showed up at 9:25pm and wanted payment. We sent them on their way! They are out 6 pizzas and at least 8 customers! Terrible customer service.

Pizza is a bit on the pricey side, but also pretty good! They tend to burn the sausage a bit but I also like it like that.

Not recommended. Customer service is not a priority. 2 hour delivery time and didn’t want to resolve it, so we had to go to Woodstocks instead (much better pizza anyway). Recommended to avoid this place. Pizza is decent if you need something and are already there.

Normally a huge fan of mountain mikes pizza but this location was awful. I picked my pizza up and when I got home noticed slice was missing… Really? The crust was hard, the toppings just ok. After eating at mountain mikes for several years in another city this one was a huge disappointment.

I have several orders with them and they are always friendly and the pizzas are great for a chain pizza and for the size which is very large is reasonably priced.

I don’t know where these reviews came from, but this is the worst place to get a delivery from. I called and ordered a large pizza and a Mountain Dew. My hotel called and said the driver was coming to my room. The delivery driver never came and come to find out my pizza was delivered to the wrong room. I called the manager and he had deplorable customer service skills and was extremely rude. I will go back to speak to them in person to make sure my card was refunded. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Definitely better than round table but typical chain pizza place. Always good in a pinch!

Super quick delivery! Good cheese and always hot n fresh. Sizzling bacon classic w red sauce is my favorite! Big Z style. Super friendly great service too! Best pizza in sv!

Santa Cruz may not do ethnic food well, but it sure does American food well. There’s a plethora of pizza places in this area, but I admit this is quality. A bit pricy at that (12 something for a small, individual pizza. Good Lord.), but at least the beer is cheap.
I can’t verify this is always the case, but on Friday nights, a pitcher of beer is $ 3.50. That was definitely the case when I last went. This is a great place to perpetuate the drunchies and eat some damn good, greasy pizza. If you’re not into consuming/​sharing a whole pitcher of cheap booze, there’s actually a good selection of craft bottled beer available. I was surprised to see such a great selection actually.
It’s a bit rowdy, due to the TVs blaring and the family atmosphere, but if you don’t mind, go for it.

Usually I wait to get to my computer to write a review but I got so much good beer for so cheap here, I had some time to put down my thoughts. First of all, a half pitcher on Ninkasi IPA for only $ 7.50 is the best deal ever, it’s like happy hour all night. But wait, it’s only $ 9.50 for a whole pitcher! Crazy, (don’t tell beer thirty that charges $ 7 for a pint…) But wait some more! They have pizza too, and it’s pretty damn good! It’s made on the olé conveyor oven and it’s perfectly round like all pizza chains but it’s perfectly cooked and although this was my first visit, I would bet it’s consistent.
I ordered a small pepperoni and sausage thin crust pizza for myself. The toppings were abundant and flavorful and the thin crust was cooked nice and crisp all the way through. The small was plenty to fill me up and I had a couple slices to take home…
I’m on a mission to try and review all the pizza in Scotts Valley so the jury is still out whether I’ll be back or not but I would recommend this place.
