Gotta give a shout out to David, Sam, and Danny. Been here for a month and I’m already seeing results. Been doing the yoga classes and now I’m flexible enough to do toes to bar which is amazing for me I’m a big guy at 233lb. But everybody is there to encourage you and being in sales I go to the 630am class it wakes me up and gets me ready to sell to new clients plus eating healthy so I’ve just felt a big change in terms of health. Definitely staying here.

By Far the best gym around. The environment you get here is like nothing else you will get in town. The trainers are amazing extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The members are so motivating and friendly. The facility is beautiful and extremely opened. Very nice locker rooms including plenty of mirror space, nice showers, private lockers, lots of necessity in case you forgot your own.
The best part is with the environment and the amazing workouts you push yourself like you would no where else. They have great heart monitoring devices so you can see how hard your working, you record your results at the end of each work out so you can see your progress the next time around.
This place is addicting and the monthly membership rate is WELL WORTH it and a great deal for what you recieve!
