Per my review below: Absolutely NO holiday decorations are allowed on a resident’s outdoor patio or door! Their reply is weak and clueless – Camden sucks-​Period!
And. NO PACKAGES ARE SIGNED FOR! USELESS MANAGEMENT!
Also, There are NO Separate or Individual water and electric meters– THE PRICE YOU PAY IS BASED UPON WHATEVER MANAGEMENT DECIDES!!! So if you are an single person renting a 2 bedroom, who travels and doesn’t use a lot of water and electricity, then you’ll get charged for what they think 2 people would use!

1. The apartment office decided to stop accepting packages so now I have to have everything delivered to my work office. I only work with 5 other people so my boss thought he was helping when he opened one of my packages the other day… It happened to be lingerie. Shoot me.
2. Someone stole my mat so I posted what is below in our community forum… They deleted it!!! They did call me and offer to buy me a new mat but the fact of the matter was that I had to replace it before my kiddo got home so he wouldn’t know and I really just didn’t want to deal with them.
«To whoever stole my owl door mat — I hope you understand the concept of karma! Every time we come home, my toddler stands on the little owl and makes me stand on the big owl and it’s the cutest most awesome thing every time. How am I supposed to explain to him that some jerkface stole our mat? Whoever you are, you suck just as bad as the cranky old man with the beat up ugly Dodge. I used to love living here until all these jerks started moving in! Get lost!»
I know these ladies hate my guts and I know they will comment on this. But since they shut down their entire office one day last Dec with no notice when I happened to next day a Christmas present for a party and then gave me a lease violation for babysitting my friend’s teacup yorkies for two days while he was in the hospital but don’t do anything about the trashy people who blare house music with windows open at all hours of the night… I don’t even care.
But hey — the maintenance guys are great!!!

The grounds are nicely kept. The staff is very friendly but as helpful as a rock. Dogs are always barking in the complex. Every week it seems that they are turning the water off or making loud construction noise. And my biggest problem is parking!!! I get home late at night into early morning and there will not be a single free paring spot. After speaking with Liz (assistant manager) many times got told sorry SOL and Mandy who told me the same thing I’m done. They won’t give me a dedicated parking spot, which I don’t even have one for my apartment, and can’t give me an answer as to what to do when I run into this situation. In my opinion, don’t bother. Its to expensive for cheap upgrades, problems that are never solved, no place to park your car, and constant construction.
