I recently had my hair bolayaged by cole and had an amazing experience! I went in with almost black hair and left with a gorgeous multi toned bolayage. My hair is not damaged or dry, the products she used smell amazing and my hair still feels super soft. Her salon has a great energy and she was extremely detail oriented and took care in keeping my hair in tact. I will definitely go back and I will recommend her to all my friends.

I paid for something and did not recieve what i paid for. My hair is brassy, with patches of orange and geeenish tones. I asked for the silver ashy look and showed photos. scheduling took a long time, got cancelled on my initial appointment. Friendly lady though…

I was so happy when I found this place. They are great. The stylist Lisa is amazing. She walks you through the process and teaches you a lot. The place is well decorated and clean. I love the picture wall. I strongly recommend this place. A++

What a HORRIBLE Experience from day one!!! I purchased the Groupon for Cole Salon back in October 2015. I called that month to book an appointment and left a message – no return call. I called again and left another VM. No return call. I emailed them on the main site, and never received a response. To no avail I decided to go to my usual stylist across town at this time. I called two weeks ago to book an appointment again with Cole salon with my Purchased groupon. I waited two days and again no response! I finally emailed and was quite serious in my note. I got a call back and booked my hair appointment for 2⁄18 at 1:00pm. I received the confirmation of the reservation. I am always busy at work and they are apparently not open on the weekends, which is very odd for a salon. Therefore, I took Half of a Paid time off day to make this appointment. I was very excited as I had researched tons of images for the cut and color I wanted. I am a hard worker, mom of two little ones, and rarely even get time to get my hair done. I left work on my PTO time and was driving to the salon when I received a text that my appointment was cancelled! I received this text at 12:42pm – less than half an hour before the appointment time. It was unbelievable. I called the number and was told that the stylist hurt her hand. That was a bunch of B.S. ** IN reading all of the other reviews it is quite obvious they did not want to honor the Groupon discounted rate. Look at all the negative reviews for the Groupon users. *** That is not how you do business! ** I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTOANYONE***.

Oh dear do I have a story. Well I bought my groupon in November 2015 after getting my hair done by Diana in October 2015(she did a great job on my highlights and hair cut. I liked her)… I had an appointment in January with her just 2 days before my birthday(Jan 15, 2016) and came in and was told my appointment set online was cancelled(news to me, was told she got canned) and was supposed to be «changed». 2 weeks later when I got a new appointment with Nicole I was excited. I heard so many good things about her. But when I came in. She said I wasn’t allowed to use my groupons because i was a second time customer. FYI: the one I bought doesn’t say that anything at all about first time customers and I have proof. Asked me what I wanted to do and I told her anything as long as it falls into my groupon. She looked at me sidways like I was stupid. Told me that my groupon wasnt valid if I wasn’t a first time customer. Ummm… the groupon I bought did not state anything of this nature. I have a copy. I told her that I’d pay the difference I guess because I was taken a back and confused and she said«oh no, I don’t want you to put anything on your credit card. If you’ll let my apprentice do your hair then i’ll ‘honor’ it». Umm okay… By all means. I gotta say even though Edith had to watch different hair cuts and do my hair at the same time, she did a great job

I purchased an Groupon in September, but couldn’t even get an appt for 2 months on a weekend slot. I ended up going elsewhere to get my hair done. I booked an appt 4 months out for a time that would work for me. A couple of weeks ago I got an email and a text saying they changed my appt a week earlier than I scheduled. They didn’t consult with me to see if that would be acceptable. I was willing to just settle for the unwanted change. Yesterday, they left a message on my phone saying they cancelled my appt. I tried to call them back, but they didn’t answer their phone. The recording said they would respond to text message. They did not! I got an email stated my appt was cancelled with no reason given. My groupon also showed I used my groupon in Dec, umm NO!!! It was a Tuesday and I was teaching. I contacted Groupon and explained the runaround I was getting from Cole Salon. Thanks Groupon for understanding that some companies SUCK, and groupon gave me a full refund.

The salon doesn’t deserve a rating. Do not buy the groupon, complete waste of time. I bought the groupon months ago and have yet to get an appointment because they either 1.) reschedule for a time i can’t make it without consulting me 2.) reschedule and then cancel. They do not respond to texts or calls either and have redeemed my groupon without getting my haircut. Worst service ever. I went back to my normal salon, R salon, and was able to get an appointment the next day.

I saw Diana for a cut, color, deep conditioning, shampoo and style which I had purchased a Groupon for. I had an 8 am appointment and the stylist didn’t arrive until about 20 minutes after the appointment time. I told her what I wanted done(showed a picture and everything) and she immediately shut me down, telling me what I wanted wasn’t possible and I would have to have a different color. I accepted, since I knew I had a lot of box color in my hair which would likely change the results. She applied the lightener to my hair and let it process for about an hour with heat. During this time, a second client arrived and Diana worked on her hair and mine at the same time, alternating between us and never seeming to really give either of us her full attention. After washing my hair, she realized that my hair didn’t react to the lightener like she expected. She and the stylist talked about the results in front of me, switching to Spanish(which I do not speak) and looking at me. It was rather rude and unsettling. She then proceeded to tell me I had to pay an extra fee for«toning» the color to make it look decent. I honestly had no choice in the matter so I consented. She then hurriedly applied a different color without really telling me what the end result would be from this. Oh, and not to mention, they never did a deep conditioning treatment, that I’m aware of(all of the products used were on my hair for about 1 minute max, which isn’t my experience with other deep conditioning treatments). After washing my hair, she did a rushed haircut before turning back to the other client while her assistant curled my hair. Then, after my hair was curled, Diana came back and cut it more. I have never had a stylist cut my hair when it’s been curled already which seems like a bad idea to me, but hey I’m not a stylist! Once my hair was dried, I noticed it looked identical to when I arrived at the salon. I was understandably unhappy because I just spent four hours sitting in a chair to leave with a lackluster haircut and no difference in color. Diana repeatedly tried to convince me it was different, even taking me outside into the parking lot(still in the haircutting cape) to show me «it was just the lighting in the salon that made it look the same»(which it wasn’t). Overall, I’m very disappointed because of the high reviews this salon had which sharply contrasted with my experience. It was a complete waste of four hours and $ 50. I definitely will not be returning.

I originally bought a groupon and decided to give it a shot. I felt like I had known Nicole forever once I met her; she was totally fun and made me feel comfortable. The color and cut was great. Once I stepped out from the salon I realized it was much darker than I like. Once I called to get in again they squeezed me in within a few days! I was happy with the end result. I am normally a groupon only hair shopper, but she may have converted me into a one salon gal now. Looking forward to next time.

The saloon is very cute, clean and welcoming, I love the colors and design furniture. Nicole listens your requests and give suggestions. She care about her clients very much and she is sooo friendly and fun. I love my cut and color. I have a very thick and long hair but she handled easily and made me comfortable. Also, she is using high quality hair products. I would definitely recommend this saloon.
