Lotus Salon & Spa

I am so devastated to find out that Sheri had to close her doors and the spa won’t be there. She was really lovely and kind to let me know personally when I had scheduled another appointment. I wish more would support local small business owners. I would definitely support her if she re-​opens her spa again.

I love Christine. I no longer live in the area, but if I did I would go back to her. I like the wax that Christine uses. I don’t like salons without good wax. Christine gets all the hair gone and she will talk to you like you were a long-​time friend. Parking can be tight but you can park behind it depending what time you go. I have missed Christine since leaving Scottsdale!

Very nice place! Really cute and very clean! Front desk receptionist (I think is owner) was really inviting and welcoming. Very helpful and found a way to squeeze me in for a appt when it was convenient for me. Christine was awesome and made my experience wonderful at lotus! Already scheduled my next appt with them.

Initially found this place through Groupon but I keep going back for Christine. She is an excellent waxer and I’ve had the best experience here. She’s professional but not stuffy and made me feel completely comfortable. She takes her time and is a perfectionist every time. The entire staff is extremely helpful and they’re scheduling features are very convenient. Haven’t tried other services that they offer like tanning or facials but I’m adding it to my to-​do list.

Went in for a Brazilian that I purchased on Groupon and ended up leaving with the Brazilian, a facial and an eyebrow tint. Thats how much I loved this place. Christine was wonderful! I can not praise her enough for how beautiful she made me feel when I was all done. I told her how I felt about my skin and she picked a perfect facial for me. Family members of mine were complimenting me for a week after that on how beauitful my skin looked. Christine also picked a perfect shade of tint for my eyebrows. I went in on 11÷21÷15 and since then I needed my eyebrows tinted again quickly so I ran into ulta last minute and left feeling upset. Not only was it more expensive but my brows did not look the same like when Christine did them. I now have high expectations and know that only Christine can do the best job! Great location and very clean salon! Easy to find and the owner is so sweet! Love that the use PCA skincare products also. Very pleased with this place. I have another Brazilian and eyebrow tint already scheduled for January! :)

This place is amazing. Great positive atmosphere. The young lady who does my waxing is awesome sauce. She has an amazing personality and does a great job.

Amazing experience! I got a spray tan from Christine and she was patient, thorough and a perfectionist, which I appreciate when it comes to spray tans. First, she put lotion on areas that end to be dry/​absorb too much color, told me about the service and what she would do, then asked if I had any questions. Once she got started, she was like an artist at work, carefully working one small area at a time and blotting off excess product as needed. At the end, she asked if I thought any areas needed extra tanning or drying, and encouraged feedback (good or critical) in the experience and her. The salon was clean, well-​organized and very quiet despite a very long line of people wrapped around the building waiting for a concert to start. A hidden gem!

Christine is absolutely great! She is very experienced and knowledgeable about what she is doing. She is also great to talk to. Her and the boss made my experience as painless as possible.

First Brazilian I’ve ever gotten that didn’t make me dread coming back!
I got the two-​for-​$ 20 eyebrow wax deal + the single Brazilian deal on Groupon. I used one eyebrow wax and the Brazilian on my first visit. They were able to squeeze me into a same-​day appointment at the exact time I needed (I have a finicky work schedule), and they focused 100% on me when I arrived. The receptionist (she may be the owner as well? I feel bad now for not knowing) was very kind, and my waxer, Christine, made me totally forget I was even there to get hair ripped out of unsavory places. She was super pleasant to talk to, plus she provided tips on how to elongate the effects of my waxing. I went back about two weeks ago for another Brazilian and my second eyebrow wax, and they were just as sweet. Favorite salon & spa ever!

Christine is awesome! So fun to chat with, she makes me forget I’m even getting a Brazilian! The owner of the spa is super sweet… every experience there is amazing.

Went in for a Brazilian using a groupon and was totally amazed by the experience with the waxing specialist Christine. She was totally down to earth and professional. I have been waxing for a long time and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. She was quick and it was virtually painless. The spot it’s self is clean and serene, and the rest of the staff was courteous and accommodating of a very last-​minute appointment change. Whether you are a first time or frequent waxer go see Christine she will change your life!

Christine is a godsend! She makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Her years of experience are apparent in her technique. This salon is very clean and well decorated, and centrally located in old town. They offer many services at a decent price. I’ll be returning monthly, and recommending them to friends and family.

This place is such a great find. I just moved to this part of town and was nervous about finding a new place for waxing. I have had bad experiences, so I was not looking forward to today. But everyone there is super nice and I got a perfect bikini wax and eyebrow shaping. I would recommend this place to anyone who is particular about the service itself and feeling comfortable with the process. Christine is the best.

The customer service was great. I would come here again for a wax. I had an appointment with Christine she made me feel comfortable and the appointment was not rushed. She provided detailed information about their products.

I had the best experience at this new spa! When you walk in, the atmosphere is blissful. A relaxing swedish massage with hot coals (never tried them before) AWESOME. Then got my hair cut and she used this thickening product. WOW. That is all I can say — had to buy some! Love my new style. Then a makeup application to top it off. What a fantastic experience! Kept getting compliments from my friends when we met for dinner and drinks later that day. Did I like it? Well, I scheduled a deep tissue massage for the next day. it was AMAZING! Any problems? YES! I live in California and was only visiting.. .wish it was next door to me! I can’t wait to visit The Lotus Salon & Spa again!

Just went to this new salon and spa right across from the W hotel. Awesome place, so far I’ve had a cut and color with Kamilah and it was great (perfect for a blow out right before hitting up Maya in old town). I’ve also gotten a facial peel from Christine and my skin feels amazing! I got an eyebrow wax and a half arm from Meghan which was great too (the eyebrow was free for your first time). I would highly recommend this place, oh and as a bonus you get 20% off if you book another service while you’re there.
