Ownership and management is completely lacking. I even worked here, I told the owner the lotions on the shelves that are for resale were noticeably used, she in turn told a brand new employee in training that I was stealing lotions from the shelf simply because i had pointed this out to her. The memberships are on contracts, the owner keeps everybody’s card information on index cards in the back, including expiration date and security code, and hires all her employees off of craigslist so really how secure is your financial information. For this reason alone is why I would never use this salon.

This place has gone way downhill! It used to be fast in and out, polite service, clean, no hassle. After hiring a bunch of untrained, rude high school kids, and fielding multiple complaints from multiple people with «good help is hard to find, and I (the owner) can’t work all the time, and Randy Johnson doesn’t mind when that happens (I wonder of he knows she drops his name like this every chance she gets)», and no resolution is made… I do believe it’s time to cancel the membership and find another tanning salon!

Best salon in the area! Very clean. Friendly staff. Fair prices. They have custom air brush tans and the Red Light Therapy bed.

I only tan in the summer and this is my second season here. It is awesome! The owner is great, easy to work with. No hassles with signing up or freezing. The place is spotless! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I plan to be back again next year.

Do not get an airbrush tan here. It was very pricey… not very dark even though I made this request very clear… and it lasted about 3 days. I am sure their other services are wonderful but not airbrush tanning. Go elsewhere.

DON’T GO HERE. The boss keeps your credit card on file and charges it multiple times without your consent. The prices are ridiculous and when the owner is working the beds are never clean. Not to mention she’s rude and unprofessional.

I started going to Desert Bronze when my other tanning salon shut their doors in the middle of the night. Clare the owner of this salon made the transition easy. And her shop is spotless well maintained bulbs are actually changed it looks to be on a regular basis. They have my business… and highly recommend!

Very nice front desk and owner. Very clean and bigger than it looks from outside. Pricing seems to be in line or better!
