I’m giving DWR4 stars because I’m impressed by the fact that the VP of Ops sent an email after receiving my survey response. I love the furniture we purchased –a desk, Herman Miller chair and 2 chaise lounges… once they finally got here. I can’t say I was all that impressed by the sales rep who only ordered 1 chaise lounge after I even asked her«you’re ordering 2 chaise lounge chairs, right?». The«white glove» delivery service got pretty botched up and I’m guessing some of it had to do with the 2nd chaise going on a separate order. I am going to say that I think the staff needs training on customer service and dealing with challenges. We love our furniture and I really appreciate that I got a personal email from someone who took the time to apologize for the experience and let me know that it isn’t typical and he wants to save us as a customer. When you spend that kind of money at a place, it’s nice to know someone values your money! Mistakes happen and I will definitely give them another try based on that. I will make sure to update the review when that happens! Cheers to authentic modern furniture!

Walked into this store with my wife today. Walked around the entire main floor, and then the upper floor. Not one salesperson acknowledged us or even made eye contact. The salesperson upstairs was busy helping other customers, but on the main floor, 3 salespeople were leaning on the counter talking to each other and drinking coffee. Business must be good! Nice store though. We were there at approx 1:30pm on Jan 04, 2016.
