This place was a waste of time We got there at 7:30 walked around a little and as I got towards the front the gal asked me if I needed help I said no thx just looking. She then stated ok well just so you know we are closed. Wow Unbelievable I was taken back at the rudeness of the employee Never again will I shop there

Overpriced, beat-up merchandise. No bargains here. A waste of time.

Went in yesterday looking for a couple of bar stools. Couldn’t believe it, the bar stools I had found on line were $ 50…over $ 300 in savings each. I was able to find 3 perfect ones and as luck would have it, they were just bringing out the truck they received and I found the same lamp I’d been looking at on line as well!

Had no idea this place was here until my husband and I drove by the other day. I said to myself, Self, need to stop in and check it out. I am sure glad I did! I do like things from Frontgate to begin with so even better this place is around. As some of the other comments mentioned there are things that are damaged in some way,(aka, truly an Outlet store that gets damaged and or returned items from the original buyers at Frontgate) however depending on what you’re looking for or not looking at all, I am sure you can find something! Great prices as I happened to be there when all outdoor furniture was 75% off. Ended up spending $ 1000 dollars on a 3 piece set when I would’ve easily paid more than 5,6K for it! And best part of all was it wasn’t DAMAGEDATALL!!! So, again happy to have found this place when I did. I would certainly recommend this place to anybody I know. You never know what you will find. Oh, and if you are looking for bar stools, OMG this is the place as they have a HUGE selection on them. Gayle helped us and she was wonderful! Thank you! Usually don’t comment much on Unilocal but felt with some of the other comments I needed to share the GOOD word. So, good luck in your outlet adventure.

Pretty good selection. It’s an outlet, so I had to do some searching, ended up finding a pretty great rug. I picked up some really nice towels too. Really made my guest bathroom look like a high end resort style bathroom. I’ve always wanted to order from the frontgate catalog, but didn’t like the prices. This may make me try it out! I updated! I have found several items for my office and home here! I’ve been in several times, and have been able to get some great deals!

If you’re a fan of slightly broken furniture that may or may not be missing a critical piece, then this is the place for you. The best deals are in holiday décor and pool furniture. There are some hidden gems there in those categories. The rest of the inventory is pretty junky. Worth poking your head in if your already at the Pavilions, but wouldn’t make a special trip for this(which we did, oops).

What a disappointment. Do not waste your time coming here unless you don’t mind scratched, dented or dirty items. We live 2 hours away, received an email this outlet was opening and we were so excited as we order from Frontgate quite often and like their products. The store is huge but in total disarray and the only items I could find in perfect condition were the packaged sheets, towels and bath mats. There may have been some bar stools that were not banged up but by the time I got to that part of the store I was so unhappy by the offerings that I was more than ready to leave. I couldn’t believe that they would have rugs that were dirty and moldy on the showroom floor! This is a high-rent area and with a store of 36,000 square feet, we expected this to be like every other outlet-type store we have shopped.

I was all excited to go to this new store. They say it is the first outlet location in the country. Get there and it’s mostly outdoor furniture. Mostly no full sets though. And tons of bar stools. There is also a little bit of this and that, but not much. Worth the first trip to see but definitely not a second. But the worse thing was at check out. We found this cool rug for $ 50. Normally it would have been $ 200. We were about the 9th one in line, there were 3 cashiers. It took over 35 minutes to get checked out. I knew the line was moving slowly so I went next door to Home Depot to grab a few things. And when I got back we were still 4th in line. The cashiers were allowing the ones ahead of us to exchange some items, to look at new items matching some selection that some woman already had. I thought when you check out, your selections should already be made. This was ridiculous. Had I been by myself, I would have left. There were a couple people who did just that. When we got to the cashier who was very friendly, but, oblivious to the groans going on in the line. Paid cash, and thank god that didn’t confuse her, she knew how to make change. And we got out of there. Never going back.
