McDonald’s

If I could give zero stars I def would. This night crew sucks and I’ve been here for 15 stuck in the drive through. If I could leave I would. Won’t be coming back mc Donald’s does not know how to customer service.

First off Joshua the cashier was nice. I’m assuming he’s new because his name tag was hand written. The food was as expected it’s Mc Donald’s always pretty consistent. But what my issue is with the was the overall appearance. Trash all over the ground the service area where the soda machine is was trashed no napkins garbage over flowing very little white cups for ketchup to where you could not grab them. Tables where all out of whack mine had food and sauce over it. The bathroom was a mess. So if corporate Mc Donald’s or this franchise owner sees this I hope it improves.

Got food poisoning from a hash brown! Threw up all over the rest of my dinner, carpet and entertainment center after a 12 hour work day, they did not care about my repeat business or if I was ok just offered to give me a free hash brown which in my eyes was unexceptable. Now after a week they finally get back to me and now I’m waiting for there insurance company to call me, they made a claim, like I’m a liar and making up a story for free mcdonalds hahahaha haha ??? Lol unreal, weird and rediculous !! They have some odd policies and will no longer earn my business.

Oxymoron: a fast food restaurant that makes people wait till their food is served before they will give you your drink up… and then forget to give it to them half the time and make them wait for you to come back to give it to you. This is the only McDonalds I have been in that does this. It is around the corner from my house but I drive further away to save time. Tried it again today to see if they had changed and still the same way.

Been here 3 times. Twice, my order was wrong. The other time, I had 2 cars get their order taken before mine was taken. I was saying «helloooooo» to the intercom that takes your order while the 2^nd lane was moving through no problem. Hate this place.

So I literally just downloaded this app because I was soo moved by how disgusting this McDonald’s is! The playground floor is so filthy these floors are cleanable but apparently it’s not important enough. The «playground stuff is solid surface and they too are filthy all it would take would be wiping them down thoroughly at the end of the day but again not important enough! It’s 11:40 and some one just came in to clean tables that had breakfast items still on them! Bottom line find a different McDonald’s to go to you make catch a disease in this one!

I love the chocolate dipped cones from McDonald’s but beware at the one… They will screw you on size every time.

Awesome service. Watch out though, my family and I came here around 3pm and high school students took over the whole McDonalds. While we were there a lot of curse words were exchanged and inappropriate behavior. But food was good.

If I go here it’s because I’m in such a rush that my intestinal system has to become a victim. With that said the last thing I should do is sit in a drive thru for 20 minutes. {#%{#

We love this McDonalds. They are clean and fast and the food is always fresh. The help is polite and i love the sweet tea.

They so suck. They repeat my order to me correctly three times and when I get it order they did everything wrong. Don’t think she knows how to key in the order correctly.

Dropped in here for lunch to try the new Quarter Pounder Bacon Habanero Ranch, $ 3.99.
I also had a McDouble, $ 1
At the register was a very friendly and courteous employee named Heather. Despite the massive line for lunch, she maintained a nice smile and was gracious to everyone including me. She gets 5 Stars for her service and deserves recognition.
The new Bacon Habanero Ranch Quarter Pounder was pretty good, but not great. For a McDonald’s it’s a pleasant surprise. At least they’re trying to improve their products. The McDouble is a nice, cheap regular item I get.

It’s Mickey D’s! I like the diner style throwback stores better, but this one is close, has nice enough crews and it’s inexpensive as well as yummy.
The drive through does take a bit of getting used to.

McDonald’s food is always the same crap so I’m not reviewing that. The employees at this location are rude and they have cockroaches. Other than that is is like every other McDonald’s in the US.

Had I written this review before the remodel, it would have been an easy 4 stars. Since the remodel, it’s been a debacle.
First, the double drive through may be good for traffic control in this shopping center, but having both lines merge to one window is not always easily managed. I’ve been to the window and been offered the wrong order, only to be given the right order, which turned out to be the wrong order anyway. There is a difference between egg McMuffins and sausage McMuffins. That difference is 70 calories and 10 grams of fat. If they do that to me 50 times, I will gain an extra pound.
And speaking of food, it’s crappy half the time now. Chicken is dry and chewy… except last time when I was asked to pull around and wait in front. So much for drive thru. Had great chicken that day. Too bad they bagged the fries upon ordering, so they were cold by the time the chicken cooked. And the fries often have that cold, old grease been sittin’ way too long texture.
And the employees? They must have had 100% staff change upon reopening:
«May I take your order?»
«Yes, I would like a 5-​piece chicken strip order, a southern style chicken sandwich, a large order of fries, a small Coke, and a large Iced tea.»
«So that’s a large iced tea, and what else?»

it just got an update and it looks so shiny and new! i stopped in to buy a gift card for my mom. she loves riding her bike like 100 miles and stopping at McDonalds for a coffee in the winter, ice cream in the summer. bless her heart!
i don’t eat meat anymore, so there’s no real need for me to go to McD’s except their coffee is pretty good at a fraction of the cost of Starbucks. great looking store!

Damn you Big Mac! Something about that magical combination of two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun that occasionally calls me into a McDonalds. Big Mac fans should know that Culinary Dropout (Scotttsdale, AZ) has a gourmet version of a Big Mac that will blow your freaking mind! FYI — They just tore down the old location here and built a new ultra-​modern one with a double drive-​thru and laptop workstations.

New drive through is a wreck waiting to happen. Two lines ordering at the same time and then you have to get into one lane. It was crowded and everyone thinks they should rush ahead at the same time. What a ridiculous design!

Went through the drive through. After placing our order it felt like we waiting ½ hour. It was probably 8 minutes, but no one greeted us, let us know it would be awhile. etc.
Almost drove off without the order — had I done that this would be a one-​star review.
The positive? Cookies had just come out of the oven.
