I just got really good service at the drive thru. All I ordered was a soda water and was pleased by their cheerful demeanor and customer service. Thank you McDonalds!

Ordered 26 cheeseburgers & 26 apple pies to share with homeless people on Thanksgiving. They handled it like champs with smiles on their faces & while serving other customers. Thank you so much!!!

This morning my husband and I took our two children to McDonalds for breakfast. My daughter wanted pancakes. My husband placed our order. The hash browns were cold, and my drink cup was missing however these issues were not that significant. I am writing because I had to spend several minutes cleaning our table, chairs, and two high-​chairs. As a Mom the last thing I want to do is clean up so my family can sit down to eat when we are outside of our own home. I asked for help with the high chairs because they were so sticky and disgusting that the napkins were of no help. The staff person just took one of the chairs to the back and gave me a different one which I then had to clean! Meanwhile my children had to just sit and wait to eat until I cleaned their chairs and area. This entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. I don’t expect much, I can handle the cold food. The lack of cleanliness and lack of care from the staff was truly upsetting. No one apologized or offered to help. Our table was right in front of the counter, yet no offer for assistance.

First let start by saying I am a Mcdonalds lover and even own their stock. But this location needs help! The other day I was thrilled to order breakfast for dinner. Placed my to go order, got my order, got home and did not have my egg mcmuffins. Did not go back, too tired after work. I also have to say that the employees obviously do not like their jobs. Was there recently for lunch. All the tables were dirty with trays etc, when my co worker said something an employee said, «oh, some one should do something» and walked away. So, my final comment is, for this they should be paid $ 15 per hour? I don’t think so. I have opted to go to another McDonalds in the area. Too bad, great location and convenient.

This is a one star review in comparison to other McDonald’s not some five star restaurant. Man, every time I’ve come here they either mess up my order and/​or the food is not heated through. Truly disappointing.
Don’t waste your time and money here. Pop over next door to chipotle or jimmy johns.

Extremely well managed restaurant. The employees are friendly, the food comes out hot and the interior of the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. You won’t believe you walked into a fast food restaurant.

I ordered breakfast burritos with no peppers and Lori (I probably got it wrong) She was the person in charge for sure, made sure personally that it was good to go. She has set a Great example of customer service.
