6 bros getting pedicures and was super fun. The party nails looked amazing! Prices were fair and I’d take this place over golfing any day of the week. If you’re looking for a fun spot for your bachelor party this is the spot

I would recommend Queen’s Nails. They are very friendly and super fast.
I traveled the Scottsdale and didn’t have time for a mani/​pedi before I left town. They took me right away even though I called at 5pm. They stayed late to accommodate me. I would go back if I lived in the area.
Price is great — half the price of the hotel were I’m staying.

The women at Queen’s Nails are sweet, professional and skilled at what they do. Kim gave me the best foot massage ever!! Also, can’t beat the prices. I will be back next time I am in Scottsdale.

Terrible terrible terrible… So slow the lady gets up every 1 – 3 min to go do something and on top of that she works slow this time their Machines broke so she has to do it by hand (a for effort)
The only reason why i came back a second time was because they rushed when painting my nails and broke a nail a day after getting them done because it was filed down to thinly.
I will never come back
Btw it’s taken her 20 mins to fix one nail
Can’t wait to see how long it will take for her to paint it

The ladies are super sweet! Great color selection. Price is great for the service! My pedicure looks amazing! I would definitely recommend!

I was going to Queens Nails in Phoenix and then when we moved I started going to the location in Old Town Scottsdale. Very pleasant and talented techs, prices are reasonable and are open for walking as well as making an appointment. I often mess up my toes by not waiting long enough and they are great about fixing my mistake because I can’t wait. This is my go to neighborhood place.

Rude nail tech. He literally was throwing my hands without a care. Nasty & Mean. They were talking to each other about my nails and the fact that I was only letting them remove. I do not like paying people my money to be rude to me. If your into that then this is the place for you

The girls do a great job with the pedicure but the gentleman who does back fills is terrible. He was the meanest, most aggressive and rudest person I have ever met! When I told him what I wanted he argued with me telling me I need it done a different way. When I said no, he rolled his eyes and shook his head. When he was doing my nails he would throw my hands literally back at me. If I ever looked him in the eye he stared me down. I would go back for a pedicure but never for a backfill.

Me and hubby came in for pedicure! His first time ever! The tub were lined with plastic and they opened a new package of tools. We both got the deluxe pedicure. This included the cooling lotion, citrus scrub, and a paraffin dip! They rubbed our feet and legs for a long time! We really enjoyed our visit here. We will come back when are in AZ :)

If you are looking for a quick no frills mani– pedi, then this is the place for you. Clean, efficient, and competent. My nails look really good. Chairs are comfy.

I was seated as soon as I walked in, but the nail tech was very rough and rolled his eyes at me quiet often. Will not return

This was one of the worst experiences in nail salons I have ever had. First starting with from the moment I sat down felt like I was being rushed and was over talked about what I wanted. By the end of everything my nails were not even a couple of then were cut by his drill and he had got acrylic all over my hands. Defiantly won’t be back.

Called ahead and phone was off the hook but gave it a shot. Walked in and was seated for my pedi instantly. Watched the guy tear open a brand new set of tools for me and line the tub with plastic.
I was happy with the service and pedicure.

The guy that did my acrylics was as rude as they come. He made me bleed, he did not clean his utensils before using him on the next customer, my nails look awful, and he made me feel uncomfortable with his rude remarks. I wouldn’t go back even if it was free. Don’t do it. Just don’t.

I had a manicure/​pedicure. I am not high maintenance at all and this was the WORST manicure I have ever had. He filed without soaking. Didn’t even brush off dust and started painting. The massage was terrible and he used a tiny drop of lotion. The nail color choices are outdated and separating.
Hopefully I won’t get an infection from the dirty tools.

I needed a brow wax in a pinch and Leeann (?) took me when locking up. She empathized with my situation and did a great job. Review worthy experience for sure!

Old school nail salon, me and my boyfriend went for a pedicure. When I asked for a design the gentleman told me no. Overall the cheapest pedi I’ve had in Scottsdale. You could tell they started to rush after people started to come in.

DONT DO IT. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. It is 9:49 in the morning on a Tuesday and as I walk in I asked for a fill and a pedicure and she turned to me, as she’s he’s filing her toenails and says, «she can’t help you sorry.» I proceed to ask how long so wait would be, and toenail lady barks, «she says she can’t help you at all.» I turned to walk out but not before turning and saying, «that’s not necessarily something you want to say to a customer who was going to spend over $ 150 on your services, quite rude»
Some say only people with a bad experience have time to write a review, well, it was definitely a bad experience and I do have time because now I have to find another salon to go to
as I sit in their parking lot writing this review.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon.

A guy does my toes. Seems so annoyed by me the whole time. Sorry to ruin your empty salon, dude. Barely says a word to me just pushes and pulls my feet when he wants them moved.
Pulls tools out of the dirtiest case I’ve ever seen. Puts them right back. From working in a salon I know how important sanitation is. Seeing no signs here.
Massage was worthless. Basically just rubbed his hands around and stared out the window. The whole time I just prayed I don’t go back home with an infection.
My worst fears were confirmed when a girl and her mom come in while I’m drying. What does he do? USES THE SAME TOOLS HE JUST USED ON ME! No cleaning what so ever!!!
I’m not from her but I fathom there are plenty of other salons around.
If I knew how to report someone to health code or something I would with this place. So gross.

I won’t be back to Queen Nails. I stopped because I thought it would be fun to have fake nails again. When I walked in, I was not greeted.. .while looking around for prices a customer asked me if I would like a price guide and handed me hers. Then an employee asked if she could help me. I said I wanted acrylic nails – she just put her head down and kept working.. .first sign.. should have listened to my gut..
After about 10 minutes of waiting, the same employee said «you, here». I went over to the table.. .still hopeful. The table was filthy.. old nail shaving and pieces all over – resting under my hands. I told the girl I wanted basic acrylic in a square shape. She started applying tips without giving any care to my hands (did not push the cuticle back or even file). She finished my nails in about 10 minutes. The nails are sloppy, sharp and uneven. (pictures to follow) Then came the last kicker.. .she said I owed $ 35. I said that the price list said $ 25. She said «no, $ 35). I paid and left and will not be back.
****Update, I went back and the woman rebuffed my nails so they were not jagged and razor sharp. They are still in pretty rough shape — -use caution at this salon!
