i called to make a consult appointment here & was told the consultation w Dr. Bomer would be complimentary. I took an hour and a half of PTO & drove across town to find out that no doctor was even there. Then I have a «consultation» w some woman who I don’t believe had any formal training, & if she did, she didn’t introduce herself as such. She then tries to push injectables & overpriced skin care products on me, which was not at all what I went there for. She also took the bright & incredibly unflattering photos & tells me how I need injectables in every part of my face. Again, this is not coming from a doctor, & I doubt even a nurse. I will not be returning. I wasted enough time, energy, gas, & paid time off already.

I had a surgery at this spa and I was really happy with the result. I appreciate Dr. Bomer for making time to sit down and make sure I get all answers I needed from her.
I decided to continue using their service for chemical peel and laser removal. But, then I had a bad experience. My hair from the hair laser removal was not completely gone after 8 months process. This did not happen when I used a different service in NY and MA.
I have had experience getting chemical peel about 20 times before using this service. Every time I had it, they made me feel relaxed. I laid down and could relax for few minutes and the worker would massage my face shortly with lotion before starting the chemical. I did not get that at this service. The worker literally rushed by putting everything on so quickly that I had to hold my breath.
They appointed me to get laser removal after chemical peel so the worker said I had to get up quickly and bring all things over to another room. She was acting in a hurry so I had to really rush out with all things in my hands without having time to put in my bag first.
The next day, my face was so swollen and burnt. I felt so sick that I threw up. I decided to call and explain what just happened. They seems to not believe me and said it must be something else, not from the chemical peel. I could have agree if I never had chemical peel before but I knew it was from this.
They emailed again and said I could come in to have them put some things on to reduce the swollen. I have a full-​time job and said I couldn’t come until after 3:30pm. They said they are all booked and unable to squeeze me in. I feel they were not putting me in the priority after this worse painful experience I had from their chemical peel process.
A week later, their supervisor emailed me asking for my address to pay me back because I was upset with the result. I thought that would be the deal and that I could try them again. When I got the letter, it asked me to not come back to their spa again. How rude is that? :(

Dr Bomer has done a fabulous job on my face. I feel and look younger than I ever have before. The filler and Botox she does is top notch! I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff is always there to help as well!

I had my upper and lower eye lids done by Dr. Bomer and her capable staff. They treated me with care and seemed genuinely interested in my health and healing from the surgery. Being a guy, I’m not used to a lot of facial medical stuff and it was a little overwhelming at first, but the team really took the time to make sure I understood the procedure and the healing process. Dr. Bomer and staff were professional and prepared. I can honestly say that I look at least 8 – 10 years younger!

I have been seeing doctor Bomer and the aestetician Emily for almost 3 years. I cannot speak highly enough about both Dr Bomer and Emily. I look younger now than I did 10 years ago and I have regained all the confidence I lost from years of sun damage stress and sleep deprivation (hello two babies that would not sleep and a very busy home business). Dr Bomer will not allow you to look like you have been swept thru a wind tunnel or frozen in time. She knows exactly where to place product to make your look 100% natural. Ahhh Emily… what can I say about that wonderful, caring gal. My skin has NEVER looked better and she is honest as the day is young. I have had IPL, dermaplane and microdermabration and have a perfect experience with all three. I have put my face in her hands for three years and would NEVER stray. Go see her… you won’t regret it.
