We didn’t even use the cleaning service due to the price we were quoted, when I called to try to get a price quote, I was told the closet was considered another room. The guy told me it was going to be around $ 250 for 3 rooms and 2 small closest that were not even walk in closest. I told him what we were quoted $ 148 with ZEROEZ and he told me that was 100% my best choice. These big companies do not consider a closet an extra room, they consider that part of the room. Called and confirmed with multiple big companies that they do not charge extra for the closets. I only gave the company one star because I had to give a star. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

Very good company takes time too clean carpet right I definitely recommend for all people looking to get there carpet tile or upholstery cleaned and looking good as new thanks lee so much

Wow! Talk about knowing his business! I got red melted plastic on the bottom of my shoes and tracked all through my brand new carpet and rugs. I also got it on a brand new couch. He took his time and meticulously got ever last bit out. I had tried everything and actually created more of a mess. This is a science and he knows it better then anyone I have used in the past including Zerorez and Stanley Steemers. If you are not having him clean your carpets and tile you are missing out. His pricing is ridiculously reasonable. Ask for the Unilocal special.

Accidentally left a candle burning in a room with the door closed and after burning all day everything was covered in soot. Renew carpet cleaning was referred to me and after calling Lee assured me he would be able to get everything back to new and myself out of the dog house. Lee was able to get out to my house the next day and after asking him about a few spots on my carpet I decide to have him clean that as well.
The attention to detail was appreciated. I always notice the small things that someone does and the attention to insuring the hoses didn’t bang up corners in my house was appreciated. I have had my carpet cleaned several times at other houses and has always been okay, but it felt different with Lee. He took his time and nothing seemed rushed. He was extremely professional and knows a lot about the cleaning process.
I have recommended Lee to several of my neighbors and have seen his van out front of a few of their houses. All of us have had a great experience and I highly recommend Lee!
