Lived here for a year with zero issues. Small, quiet, community. The maintenance staff are always on the grounds keeping everything looking nice. The grass and plants are always green and groomed. Unlike a lot of other old town apartments, there’s almost always available guest parking. It really is the perfect location and cheaper than others in the same area. In regards to the«smell», our apartment smelled fine. We kept it pretty clean. Maybe that was before they renovated? As for the cable issue stated below, sounds like a cox problem. We had direct tv and it always worked. even during storms. I can’t really speak for the office staff because we never really needed to contact them. I swear, it’s as if I didn’t have neighbors, which is awesome. Very quiet.

This is quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever lived. The manager, Linda, is never there so the office is always closed during its business hours(usually multiple times a day, for hours at a time so good luck getting your packages left by USPS). To say she’s rude and unprofessional would be kind. Fed up with her poor behavior and total disregard for her residents, I asked to speak with her supervisor, to which she responded«I can’t give you that number». All the residents are disgruntled because of her, however no knows where to complain(there’s only one number listed… and it’s the manager’s). It took me calling another Petwin Property to find out corporate’s number: 480−636−8022 Honestly, don’t waste your time(there’s also no overhead lights and/or ceiling fans, the cabinets like to randomly swing open, cockroaches can be found crawling out of the drain pipes, and there’s an excess of paint on the doors, causing the doors to stick).

The Staff here is subpar. They take several attempts to get any maintenance issues fixed. Then you’re lucky if its fixed. Usually its a bandaid for a couple of days then you start all over again. The leasing office is rarely open and not helpful. If you need or want cable internet for anything stay away. They used low grade cable. Which means interference is constantly causing interruptions. And cable is not covered by the lease so they won’t fix. And cox can’t do anything as the office won’t sign off on it. And if you are expecting them to get your deposit back in the two weeks required by law… Good luck. I would stay away. Not worth the problems.
