Sprouts Farmers Market

I’m so happy this store opened there new location near my home. I really like this store. My favorite is there fresh juice bar. They make it very easy for me to grab a healthy juice while shopping. I like all there fresh peanut butter and raw sun flower seeds. They basically carry items that I can’t seem to find any place else. This is one of my go to stores to grab things for the week.

Nice, clean store with considerable selection — as far as Sprouts goes. The staff friendliness & helpfulness was about ⁵⁰⁄₅₀; some employees were exceptionally helpful while others appeared bothered when asked for assistance in locating items that appeared out-​of-​stock. The cashier was considerably polite and professional. The manager on duty was by-​the-​book, in a most non-​helpful way. She was young, though, so probably just lacked the discernment that comes with experience.
In general, I prefer any other Sprouts location and would visit a different grocery store altogether when in the North Scottsdale area.

I love Sprouts. They have so many fun products at reasonable prices especially when things are on sale. Their produce is excellent, and they make sandwiches to order. I’ve taken these on planes — they travel well. I’m sure that since they sell generally healthy stuff even their candy is healthy (at least that’s what I tell myself when I crave their red licorice). The employees are friendly and helpful.

The best produce and the best service-​always! And you can’t beat the prices anywhere!

I can go to any supermarket in North Scottsdale but Sprouts is always my go-​to neighborhood store! Love this place…

Customer service is rude! I’ve been in a handful of times and have never once gotten a warm reception and I’m very personable! I’ll stick with Safeway! Plus the fruit and veggies looked really bad this last visit! It’s Unfortunate, I was looking forward to it coming to my neighborhood… bummer

I go to this store every week. Pleasant experience with Patricia the teller who’s counter was clean. She asked if I wanted paper or plastic offered complimentary ice. She was focused on what she was doing.
This store is conveniently located. It has a great variety of produce and options. Perhaps the client tell is a little more demanding. But staff should be trained to deal with this type of market.
Last week I saw the manager step in behind the counter and help out. He constantly walked around to make sure that everything was neat clean well stocked. Thumbs up for management But staff should be trained to be more friendly and helpful.

The more I shop at Sprouts, the more it feels like home. I feel like I’m here every day! I love the atmosphere and smell of fresh food. There is a great selection of healthy, non-​GMO, organic products and at great prices! Food is easy to find and organized perfectly. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have shopped at Sprouts for years since I have moved to the Scottsdale/​Phoenix area and I absolutely love it. I first shopped at Whole Foods, and while they have an enormous selection of goods, they really do deserve the nickname «Whole Paycheck.» Sprouts is a little better in that department. I previously shopped at a Sprouts off of 7^th Street and another location near Paradise Valley Mall (Tatum Blvd.), but when I heard that a new location off of Pinnacle Peak and N. Scottsdale Road was being built I was very excited, but certain that due to the location, it would be impossible to get into. So far, so good! Even for it’s relatively smaller size they have all the organic produce, vegetables and products that I could ever want. I have been able to find everything on my list when I go there, and a few things that aren’t! The staff is so helpful and I have found them to be superior to the staff at other locations. I hate to sling an insult like that around, but it is true. The group here is more friendly, more courteous, and extremely helpful. They go into the back to find out why there are no more kiwis, for example. And they may even find the last pack, as happened to me (and the kiwis were yummy, too). When going through the checkout lane, they haven’t chucked my carefully chosen produce down the scanner like at other places. This is a very nice location, of course, but I really do have to commend the folks that work there. They make it a pleasure to shop there.

So glad they opened a Sprouts in North Scotts, and I LOVE this Sprouts location! Shelves are always fully stocked, the food and produce seems to be freshest, and their staff are unbelievably professional. Ironically, this store always gives me the level of service I only get sometimes at AJ’s, and at a much lower price point. If you live anywhere in the NE Valley and don’t mind navigating the traffic on North Scotts. Road, I highly recommend trying out this Sprouts.

I suspect they must have changed management recently because some of their prices and their pricing strategy is absolutely predatory. For one item in particular in a two week time span it has gone from $.99 /​each to $ 1.29, $ 1.99 and up to $ 2.59. This past Friday (the beginning of a 72 hours ale) I bought 4 @ $.99 each. I was passing by on Saturday and they were up to $ 1.29 in direct conflict with the sale circular price both on the shelf tag as well as at the register.
I find it very hard to consider going back. I’d like to not have to watch every single purchase to be certain they’re not trying to gouge and take advantage of me. Shrimp on sale? You have to order it from the counter as «shrimp only please, no ice» or you’ll get a handful of ice. Just please be straightforward and not have the same gamesmanship that the big supermarket chains practice. Follow the lead of Trader Joes or Costco and you wont lose customers.
And for a while their store on Shea had a wildly defective scale in their favor…
I wrote their headquarters about their pricing practices and they delegated it down to the store manager level. Its not the store fellas, its the management.

It was my first time in a Sprouts so I didn’t really know what to expect. I soon felt like I was at Whole Foods’ cousin’s house. I found lots of cool vegan goods at decent prices (cheaper than WFM for some, but not all things). Snagged some fresh fruit for the low low, and some salad toppings, whose prices here were even cheaper than Wally World. There was a decent selection vegan brands like Gardein and So Delicious, etc. in the frozen section.
This store is large, clean, and well-​stocked. The cashier was very nice as well. Cool store.

Terrible customer service and rip off prices!!! I bought an item that was suppose to be on sale, All the flavors were on sale and the one I bought had the sale sticker missing. Told customer service about it & asked to give sale price. He walked away and ignored me! I will file a complaint with their headquarters and left unhappy. Will never shop here again

I usually love this place, but I walked out today. Went to purchase a sandwich & the guy was on the floor behind the sandwich counter. Gets up wearing gloves & asks what I want without going to change his gloves. They had something on them, I don’t have any idea what he was doing. I say, excuse me but you were on the floor & you didn’t change your gloves before grabbing the bread. It just went downhill from there & I left without purchasing any of the items I went in for. Very disappointing.

Reminds me of a mini Wegmans from back east coast way. Nice to see grass fed options in the beef section. People in the store were helpful for finding things — such as peppermint oil. Overall a great experience for shopping but perhaps just a little bit on the small side as we still found ourselves going to the Safeway across the way to complete the shopping list.

Never tried their lunch sandwiches until they moved in the area where u work. I come here quite often now. They are all delicious! Store is always clean. Only bad thing is when it’s super busy. So come early if you want lunch. Sometimes they are backed up

FINALLY! I’ve always loved sprouts and the convenience of this one just amplifies that love! So far the best location I’ve been to!

For starters, nice service from checkout to isle help and specialty counter service. If you’re looking for a fully loaded sprouts, go here. Breakfast burritos, oatmeal self serve stand, juice bar, sandwiches to go and burgers. I’ll definitely frequent this store. Well worth the wait. Whole foods without hiking the prices.
