Starbucks

Every time I have been to this Starbucks my drink (that I order every time) seems to be completely different. It is always overflowing and gets on my clothes (I’m not kidding when I say EVERY TIME) and the staff is rude. I’ve actually gotten a drink from this Starbucks’ drive thru and went straight to another Starbucks to get a new coffee. It’s my fault for coming back but it’s so conveniently located right next to my apartment. I would recommend going to the Starbucks inside of target! Yes, you have to get out of your car to get the coffee but it is so worth it. Nice staff and my drinks are consistently great.

Love this location! Great space with community table and individual working spots, easy to get to, and best customer service of any starbucks around ;)

Not sure why other reviewers say the service is slow. I was there today and this was my second visit. They made my drink promptly. The staff were friendly. Drinks tasted great. Minus one star for dirty bathroom; there were tissues all over the floor.

Understaffed, waited 10 minutes for my Americano, finally had to tell another barista to put water in it since it had been left on the bar. Then after I asked I was received with a ton of attitude. Won’t be going here again.

Soooo where to start, I had seen this place didn’t have great reviews but since it’s such a convenient location and dutch bro’s was too far I decided to stop by, I walked in and was not greeted, which wasn’t a big deal but I know their suppose too, well then the lady that took my order was great, the barista was not, he had an attitude & my drinks where very overflowed and there was coffee and caramel everywhere. The coffee wasn’t up to par. I will not be back to this location and would rather drive Miles to get a good cup of coffee and good atmosphere.
Also they weren’t busy, so they can’t even use that as in excuse.
As I read in previous comments, go to the Starbucks inside of the target.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever. Go to the one in Target or the Starbucks across the freeway it’s worth it. They mess up the order every single time we are here. Today the barista that served us was the rudest barista I have ever encountered. Please hire people who enjoy their job. Clearly your customers can tell the B team works at this Starbucks.

They have screwed up my coffee yet again this morning. It’s the Monday after the Super Bowl and this really isn’t the day to hand me a venti cup of milk to start my day. Thanks for ruining my Monday, Starbucks. The guy working the inside barista today should be fired.

This store always seems to mess my orders up. I go to a lot of Starbucks and they don’t even apologize when they make a mistake. They don’t give you eye contact and their body language says 1000 words. This store is also super dirty.

Really just not the best starbucks. Very conveniently locatd right next to the 101 off FLW but the staff is kind of. aloof? I have come to embrace the beauty in mobile ordering and though my drink is a little bit uh. «involved» I havne’t had many problems with it at other Sbux. This one though. I mean, if you go there in person and dont order ahead, be prepared to spend ½ hour waiting for your drink. Even on mobile ordering, I STILL had to wait for my drink and then when it was made, they put it off to the side where I couldnt reach it and it it took another 5 minutes to get a barista’s attention. Overall, this is my least favorite Sbux in the valley. Also, like other reviews said, watch where you park! I have made the mistake of parking directly in front of the store, making it impossible for me to get out when the drive through is backed up.

Slowest Starbucks ever. 20 minute line just to get order. The girl working the counter had the worst attitude. Waited over ten minutes for a sandwich. They saw us sitting there and no one asks what we are waiting for. Finally asked for a refund and waited 15 minutes for the person to figure it out. No apology for forgetting our food, nothing. Poorly managed Starbucks. Do not go here! Get new employees for this location! Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever had the pleasure of splurging $ 4 on a cup of coffee. It would be faster to grow your own coffee beans and roast them, than waiting in line for your coffee. They must have flown to Seattle to get my coffee and Alaska for the ice, it took that long! Always slow so don’t go here if you want to be at work on time.
Update: they gave everyone who was waiting for 45 minutes there orders for free. Nice gesture!

Maybe I’m used to a fast paced life in Chicago but this is one of the slowest drive thrus I’ve ever experienced. On average it takes me 15 mins to get to the order area, another 10 to the window, and another 5 waiting for my drink. WTF?! 30 mins?! Who has that kind of time. It’s supposed to be a fast service. Get your act together.

The baristas are soooooo slow. I love Starbucks, so I’ll be back but geez! I could understand if they were busy, but they were just talking the whole time. I was the only costumer and it took them 5 – 7 minutes to give me an ice coffee. Really?

Oh Starbucks. The best part about this Starbucks is the drive-​thru. If I am feeling really lazy, this is my go-​to Starbucks. Otherwise, it’s kind of out of the way. (Seriously, there are 5 Starbucks within a 2 mile radius of each other.) I’ve only ever used the drive-​thru, so I cannot comment on the inside but the outside of the building is nice. The drive-​thru employees have been really nice and the service is usually pretty quick. Depending on the time of day, the drive-​thru can get pretty long but I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 15 minutes. Which is pretty good. Overall, it’s a Starbucks (with a drive-​thru).

#Warning: DO NOT patronize this Starbucks location IF you happen to be visibly anything other than a ‘local’ The almond croissant is universally delicious across all Starbucks (at this location ‘warmed’ apparently means singed). The location is absolutely beautiful but that’s where the beauty ends. The ‘friendly’ demeanor of the staff seems questionable… This is one Starbucks I can gladly say that I will NEVER visit again. I’m quite sure they were not sad to see me go in the least. *Note to self: Never write a review until after leaving an establishment.

Do not go here if you’re in a hurry! The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to & i’ve been here several times. Drive-​through line wasn’t even that long and I waited 25 minutes. I commented to The girl at the drive-​through window how long my wait was she did not apologize and said well we’re just always very busy…

I go to this Starbucks almost daily. I tend to get there in the midst of the morning rush, but the baristas are so friendly, efficient, and do not get enough to credit for their hard work. Meg memorized my name and order (and many other regulars names and orders) within just a week or two of my regular visits. She always goes the extra mile. So impressed!
I can’t help but laugh when I read some of the reviews that complain about the slowness. If you go through the drive thru at 7:30 a.m. with a limited amount of time: congratulations, everyone else had the same idea and there’s going to have to be a wait.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks in the area! They are pretty fast, but my last three trips here they have messed up at least one of my drinks. Never fails. Their customer service is horrible!!! All the people I’ve come across here are very rude.

We go to the Starbucks quite frequently after I go to lunch with my wife in Scottsdale. It’s pretty standard as far as Starbucks go, and the drive thru service is usually quick, as long as there’s not somebody ahead of you ordering a bunch of drinks.
I haven’t been inside of this location, so I can’t really comment about that. The biggest downside to this location is the parking lot. Parking is cramped and the people who do park there don’t pay attention when they’re going in and out of spaces, making for an occasionally dangerous trip.
This isn’t completely due to Starbucks, as it is a generally busy plaza. There have been a few occasions where are drinks have been made incorrectly, but the staff is always apologetic and willing to correct it right away.

This Starbucks is insanely busy and insanely efficient!
I came here for breakfast around eight last week and found the place was hopping. There must have been ten cars lined up for the drive-​thru. It’s only a couple of months old. Surprisingly, they were moving pretty fast. Same was true inside as well.
I counted seven baristas hustling. Some working the counter. Most working the drive-​thru. Three were dedicated to this I believe. It was impressive to watch. I ordered my number 12 (free drink) and a sandwich. Even though I was going to take it to go, I decided to stay a few minutes and watch.
First, this SBUX is huge inside. There must be seating for at least fifty. Also, the WiFi worked great no matter how many folks were using it. Another plus is the bar area with four or five stools. It’s near the drive-​thru on the left as you come in. You can sit, read a paper and observe. Very nice.
Secondly, no matter how busy they were, there was plenty of time for the baristas to ask how my day was and carry on a conversation. Normally, when folks are this busy, you want to stay in the background and not interrupt the flow of what they are doing with small talk. Not here. They initiated it and were very friendly.
BTW, those cars in the drive-​thru? They were blowing through pretty quickly. Fastest I’ve ever seen in any drive-​thru operation!
