The perfect refresher on a 99 degree afternoon: Iced caramel Macchiatto.
I know the amount of ice in Starbucks drinks has recently been the focus of a lawsuit, but am sure if you wanted less, you could tell them easy ice.
This particular spot was perfectly cool, clean, uncrowded for a Monday Memorial day! A few people taking advantage of wi-​fi, inclusing me, while friends shopped at the next door Walmart.

This review is solely based on customer service. The drinks here are just like at any other Starbucks.
My boyfriend and I come here whenever we are at the shopping center and we’ve never had any problems. The staff here is neither nice nor rude and our order is often done in a timely manner.
That is until we came here one evening and there was an older lady and a guy working there. My boyfriend’s order was not done correctly so he told the lady and she offered to make him a new one. The guy that made his coffee was bothered by this and said «umm I made his drink correctly!» I asked my bf what was wrong with his drink (I’m nosy lol) while the lady was making a new one. As my boyfriend was explaining to me that there wasn’t enough espresso in it, the guy walked over to us, rolled his eyes and said very loudly «how many times do I have to hear it. We’re making you a new one.» I was shocked! Are employees here even trained? He then gave us a refund for the drink and we walked out with no hot latte that night.

This Starbucks is right next to my work so I go here multiple times a week. This is my favorite Starbucks! The baristas are always very nice and definitely start my morning off well (since they’re usually the first people I talk to in the morning). My drinks are always yummie and occasionally I’ll order food which never lets me down! Usually I will use mobile order and pick up my drink on my way into work. My drink is always waiting for me when I arrive, making this a quick easy stop before work just like I want! You rock Starbucks!

Great coffee shop with delicious coffee, friendly staffs and clean environment. I highly recommend it!

Coffee is always good… customer service is lacking. Used the drive-​thru today… they couldn’t hear me. When we arrived at the window they needed to take my phone (I pay with the mobile app) that has never happened before. Not impressed… I’m not that demanding or easy to get frustrated. Will not return to this location unless I’m desperate for a coffee.

I love Starbucks I get it at least once a day but this location I have been already there couple of times and they are just in a bad mood or idk what but first they all make bad faces to our service dog so we decided to drive thru and worst they don’t get us and they say stay out of ur car I can’t hear u.
We tried a couple of times here but we decided not to come again after this one.
If u work at Starbucks u should always give a smile as everyone knows, not be rude and in a bad mood

I come here every single morning. They are SO fast. And consistently fast. Every single order has been correct. The employees at the window are always friendly and efficient. I can’t say anything negative about this location! If you are debating between the one on FLW and the 101, or this one, choose this one! Waaaaay better :)

Fast! Fast! Fast! As we all expect them to be. This Starbucks just became my favorite. There is more then enough room inside and outside, it’s not crowded at all, comfy couches outside and the baristas are SOOO NICE! Starbucks I love you and I will become a regular.

I waited more than 10mins in the drive thru and no cars around at 7pm. I turned my car off for attention for the guy but I guess he didn’t care. Finally the guy walking to the window I thought he’s gonna give my grande hot chocolate drink but he close the window half way and took a call order so this got me really mad and I drove off.

This review is based solely on service. Took 2 ladies to take my order, what’s so hard about an iced mocha with cocnut milk, and an iced vanilla latte I’m not sure. Any way the order was placed, they handed me my muffin, and that was it. I guess they made the coffee right away and placed them on the counter hidden from our sight because after About 10 minutes and 4 other drinks leave the barista area, another customer pointed at our drinks. What ever happens to the barista yelling out your drink order or at least your name, which was not taken either. Worst Starbucks experience ever! I’ll go to Dutch brothers for now on at least there the barista coversate with the patrons as well as let you know you drink is ready!

This location has quick and friendly service. I mostly go here for the convenience and consistency. They usually do a good job on the drinks and food but not always great. I wish they would fix that parking lot, it’s a pain to get to the drive thru.

Average location in every way. Nothing outstanding to see here.

Drinks are great, but I really wish they would work on moving their drive thru line a bit quicker. Some days it flies through, and I’ve measured 5 cars in front of me. Then on some days it takes twice as long.
Understand people order more complex drinks or more beverages but is anyone checking how long people are waiting?
Staff is always friendly and polite and beverages are always consistent.
Probably just have to learn some patience.

One thing is nice to mention is that this staff is fast and I was lucky to get in with only 2 people in line. Great spot to get a light coffee after my yoga session at Northsight park. I wish they made a Starbucks near the park, so I can walk there and walk back to my house :) instead of driving.

Love this Starbucks the girls are amazing and my drink is always perfect! I go out of my way to see them they have become like family! :-)

Staff was very rude from the beginning. I entered the store and no one greeted me. Then upon ordering the older women kept yelling at other employees in a very rude way, I felt embarrassed for them! She wrote a name on my cup that wasn’t even close to my actual name and looked like she was inconvenienced when I asked her to turn the scanner on so I could pay. Before I was even completed scanning she started helping the next customer over my shoulder (there were only 2 people in line, it wasn’t a rush) without saying goodbye to me. I was very disappointed in the service at this Starbucks, I will not be coming back to this location.

This is a great little Starbucks! Nice big patio, a drive-​through, some little tabes/​chairs for working and even a few comfy chairs for relaxing. The staff has always been really nice — this is the closest location to my office, so I’ve been here frequently, at lots of times of day, and it’s totally consistent. Come, order a ridiculously specific beverage and a pastry, and enjoy!

Love it! Quite, friendly staff and not as busy and noisy as all the others.
They always ask how I am and make sure I am comfortable.
I also like the fact the keep the place very clean.

This location is fast and friendly. The mornings are a bit crazy during the week, which isn’t abnormal for Starbucks. Sometimes the drive-​thru can be a bit backed up, but on the whole they move the line pretty quickly. Every now and then it takes a bit, but I’m guessing this is more due to customers than staff.
My drinks are consistently good and I’ve never had a problem with them getting my order wrong.
As far as Starbucks’ locations go — this is a good one!

This Starbuck’s shares the same Wal-​Mart power center shopping area as Dunkin Donuts. This is the coffee shop equivalent as McDonald’s and Burger King in the fast food market. This location provides me with the perfect opportunity to compare Starbuck’s with their competitor Dunkin Donuts a few hundred feet north. This review is broken into categories.
Food
Starbuck’s: Starbuck’s weak point is their food. At least in my opinion. Their bagels are below the standards of a supermarket bagel. Their pastries are filling, yet unrememberable. With the new hot sandwiches at some Starbuck’s stores their food is taking a turn for the better.
Dunkin Donuts: I love Dunkin Donuts toasted bagels with cream cheese. When my sweet tooth is active, I love their famous donuts even more.
Service
Starbuck’s:
At this location, the service is welcoming. Here I was greeted with a smile. At the time of my visit I was in a down mood because my Unilocaling companion the Samsung Fascinate was on its way to the circuitry in the sky. The friendly barista definitely lifted up my spirits (too bad the Fascinate was near death).
Dunkin Donuts:
When I visited-​a few minutes before Starbuck’s, there was one man running the whole store. Imagine if it was busy. It was also weird that here, the employees (not baristas) go to the back to pour coffee. On a plus side, the one man working in the store put in the Equal and if I wanted it, milk for me.
Coffee
Starbuck’s:
Starbuck’s clearly has first-​rate coffee. I wouldn’t be writing so many reviews on them if they were average. Regardless of how much I cherish their coffee beverages, I feel that they need to coffee far more flavoring syrups just like the Seattle’s Best chain that they brought out.
Dunkin Donuts:
I grew up in the New York Metropolitan Area. Long before the Starbuck’s invasion, Dunkin Donuts was the coffee of choice. And to many people it still is. In my mind Dunkin Donuts and Starbuck’s coffee are tied during the Holidays when Starbuck’s features Pumpkin Spice, Egg Nog, and Gingerbread themed beverages. Throughout the rest of the year, I rate Dunkin Donuts coffee slightly better than Starbuck’s coffee. The wild card is their light blueberry syrup.
Coffee Shop experience
Starbuck’s:
As far as a place to hang out, Starbuck’s blows Dunkin Donuts away. In a few Starbuck’s reviews, I wrote with enthusiasm that it is a third place. With the advent of data caps on smart phones, Starbuck’s complimentary WiFi is a great deal. In similar fashion to many Starbuck’s this location is cozy.
Dunkin Donuts:
Dunkin Donuts feels more like a fast food place than a place to open up your lap top and hang out. There is zero WiFi promotions. Cozy couches and comfortable seating is nonexistent. In my humble opinion, Dunkin Donuts would expand faster if they remodeled their shops into comfortable third places.
