I found this location of Storage West (Mike & Gwen) on the AZ Veteran Owned Business Directory website. I had a stressful event that brought me to Arizona, and Mike and Gwen couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating by getting me into a storage locker quickly! Now I have been a storage locker holder there for over 2 years. Not only is this location very clean, since Mike is a former Marine, he patrols the area, and knows who comes and goes at all times. I never feel unsafe when I have to go to my locker for one reason or the other. I just keep my stuff there and forget about it. I researched other places nearby in North Scottsdale, but decided on SW because I knew I would get friendly, personal, professional service. Check them out. You will be impressed!

I just moved to Scottsdale so I needed to store some of my stuff. I’ve never stored my belongings before, so I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing. After meeting Mike and Gwen and getting a tour of the facilities, my apprehensions were laid to rest! These wonderful people are jovial, honest and helpful and run a clean and secure place. I’ve stored my things with them for 3 months now and am very pleased with the costumer service and security offered at this location. Highly recommended!

this place is clean and pretty easy to get to. it might be hard to navigate with a large trailer but its not an issue for me since i didn’t use a trailer. the phone etiquette was great, the price not bad.
the owner has been extending my gate hrs so i can move things after work.
they sell, boxes and locks and the owners are on site and you can knock on their front door with any issues.
they are always there for me and have been so helpful through my difficult move.
one other downfall is the lane that you drive down the units is kind of narrow to turn around definitely a three point turn or more for larger trucks.

Mike and Gwen are great to work with. They are very professional and come across with sincere care about helping you get what you need. The specials are great and the prices were agreeable compared to the local competition. The facility is clean, and appears very secure. I have seen Mike driving around on the golf cart checking to make sure the units are locked. If you are in North Scottsdale, I highly recommend checking out this place for storage.
