My husband bought me a Cartier Tank Watch for my Christmas present. They were super during the sales process, but the first time I wore it on a business trip, I noticed the sapphire fell out and it stopped working. When we returned it for repair or replacement 3 weeks later, they were horrible, rude, suspicious and overall nasty — despite that we spent thousands of dollars on the watch AND insurance! The Manager accused me of doing something to cause this, when all I did was wear it on the plane and in my office. Now, maybe I snagged it on my sweater, but I am a 52 year old business woman and mother of 4, so I’m not reckless, particularly with a piece of jewelry I have wanted all my life.
So thanks for making what should have been a wonderful lifelong memory into the biggest hassle and disappointment. You should be ashamed!

Fantastic service. Visited this morning for a watch bracelet sizing. Preformed quickly along with a complementary waterproof test as well as movement accuracy test. Awesome! While my Steinhart was being sized we chatted about my Omega Seamster and I was able to browse their selection. I’ll be back!

My husband and I came here and traded in a couple watches we got as wedding gifts for a new watch. The level of service and professionalism are outstanding here. We ended up making 3 trips before finalizing the trade & purchase but the staff were always patient with us, answered all our questions, and really spent time with us. If only all stores had this level of customer service. I would definitely shop here again.

came over to tourneau while roaming scottsdale fashion square and was SUPER impressed by the level of service at this location! we usually go to the store in downtown SF for our purchases and servicing needs, but was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and attention to detail at this place. keep up the great work!

Took two watches with a Quartz movement here to replace the batteries. The salesperson explained, in wierd used car salesman mannerisms, that the watch would be «perfectly opened», the battery «perfectly replaced», and the watch «perfectly closed», to which I did not reply «what other f-​ing way would you do it?».
One was done well. However, on the other watch, it failed. They offered to send the watch to the service center. I was reluctant because the watch was fine just a day ago. Instead I replaced the battery myself and found the battery isolator had been removed causing a short in the battery. I replaced it with a makeshift and the watch now runs fine.
I would leave one star, except the first watch was serviced well, and they were nice.

Overall they had the better watch collection at fashion square. They have good Brietling and Tag Heuer collections. If you want to customize your pre-​owned watch they have many expensive and inexpensive ways to do so (in terms of belts and buckles).
Ask for Adam for better service. My husband and I were looking for a gift for someone else, and he was patient and went out of his way to find options for us while accommodating our budget. We chose a few we liked and looked around at other places, and ended up coming back to buy it. Unfortunately, when we came back we had John help us. He was impatient, especially when we pointed out the watch we wanted to buy had a defect on its leather belt. Instead of giving us options of how we can order the same watch he decided he longer wanted to help if we didn’t want to buy the defected watch. We ended up not making a purchase with them, but in the future will certainly give them another chance as long as Adam is helping!

Scored a great new watch from here and the service was great. Definitely paid a premium to get it in this shop but the service has proved awesome and even when I came back to San Diego the service at the local location proved awesome. Selection was a little light but I dont know what more I could ask for. Great service, definitely would come again

Really the besst watch store around. Extremely helpful staff. Always willing to assist without pressure to buy. As a result I have purchased several watches from them and the customer service has been outstanding. They also have a great repair facility and a excellent selection of used watches. Highly recommended.

I’d have to agree with Evan B… No fancy fits on me… but they were super attentive… which is the way it should be… not snobbery no judging just helpful sales reps… I will now consider Tourneau as a spot for new watches… hopefully the other stores are like the rep at this one.

High end watches with out the pushy sales staff or snobbery, it’s about time!
I enjoy horology and interesting time pieces and this store is full from them. They are a authorized dealer for many high end watch brands like Jacob and Co, Zenith, Bell and Ross and many more. They also have a great selection of used watches at good prices.
What really sets this store apart is the fact that they will politely help you regardless of what you are wearing. Granted when I had on my good replica of a $ 32,000 watch, the service was very attentive.
This is a true watch store with a great selection and they do know their stuff.
This is in the Scottsdale Fashion mall on the 3rd floor nearish the food court.
