DO NOT USE! Stood me up for my 9 – 11 am appt today. At 12:30 PM I called myself, no
call from their office to let me know that the guy wasn’t coming. Gave a couple of excuses, truck blew out and cell phone dead, but could have had the scheduling people call their potential customers.

Great service here… These guys went out of their way to reschedule a few smaller jobs to take care of a large tree that fell in my neighbor’s yard on a holiday weekend when they were booked after a recent storm. The workers were professional and I would use the service again.

I am selling my house and part of the deal prior to closing was cutting down a palm tree. I called up Steve and he was able to send out a crew that day to give me an estimate and even sent a crew out on the 4th of July to cut it down so it would be done prior to the closing of the house! The following day, he called to let me know how everything went and they even came to me to pick up the check. Outstanding service and a reasonable price. Top notch outfit.

Spoke with Steve by phone, he told me someone would be out to give me an estimate. It was the lowest price of other tree removal services and now I know why. They did not undercut my beautiful mesquite tree and it looks terrible. I could have done a better job !!! Other bushes and landscaping was damaged so I called Steve. He said he would speak to Valente and get back to me. That was in May 2012 and I have not heard back since. Nice !!! I would not use this company again if they were the last tree removal service in the U.S.

Our crew arrived promptly as scheduled. They were conscientious, raking blowing, and removing all cuttings. They even skimmed our pool, removing leaves and small branches. This was a fairly big job involving 5 trees with one particularly nasty thorny mesquite over our pool. Valente and his crew were excellent, hard working, and tidy. The price was extremely reasonable. A+++ in all regards.

Even though it took me a week to finally get in touch with someone to schedule the work, this company did the work that was requested in a very satisfactory manner (5 stars) and would use them again, as long as they call me back the next day.
Also, I used them a year ago in an emergency and they sent a crew out on a Sunday afternoon to deal with this emergency. They were prompt, on time, courteous, and efficient.
I would use them again!

Called Tree Removal Phx on Wednesday evening after the big storm. A tree fell into my house. They came out the same night and removed the tree within a couple of hours. I was surprised how quick they were considering the tree was about 45 ft tall! Thank you very much for the speedy work and the good clean up!

I’ve been searching for a tree company to remove a tree for us and contacted this company 3 days ago. They said that they would possibly be out the same day to give me a quote. Then called and said they would make it the next day… well I waited 3 hours and they didn’t show! Again, I was told that they would show the next day and guess what… they didn’t and also called last minute to say they wouldn’t. They were supposed to get back to me today also and… nothing. The guy did apologize and said that he would offer a discount. Update: manager called and apologized. Said they would come out to do a quote. But, I think from the experience we just had I would rather just go with someone else.

I appreciated the quality of the work done by these guys, as well as their professionalism. When they arrived ON TIME, Patrick shook my hand and confirmed what they were going to do. He and the other two employees kept up a friendly banter with each other as they worked (making me feel like they do not hate their jobs, which I consider to be a positive when I have people working at my home), and wished me a nice weekend upon completion. The price was reasonable, work done in a timely manner. Yay! I’m happy!
