I came in because I needed a Sim card for my iPhone. The girl working the cash register was very nice, but the owner who is standing there, was pretty rude. He answered her very flippantly that he doesn’t carry SIM cards there. Very condescending and not friendly at all. He acted like he did not want my business. Which is a good thing, because I’m glad I can take my business elsewhere. He is just a retailer, this is not an actual Verizon store. It seemed like the girl working the register noticed how rude he was because she went out of her way to be nice and friendly as I was leaving.

My wife loves visiting this place while I tag along. Let’s face it, these are sales people that man the store. But they still share their awesome knowledge on how your phone works. And believe me, my wife has lots of questions. So there you have it, forget about reading the cell phone manual or watching Youtube videos. We rather get out and talk to these guys instead of crouching in front of our laptops. A bonus is that the Yogurt place is right next store.
