Salvatore ‘s Saloon

This is a much needed addition to Scottsville. This is a great location, friendly place, great selection of everything; pizza, drinks, wraps, etc. Love the lighting and staff. Best wishes for 2016 and keep doing what you are doing!

More visits to this place have proven to be lackluster. The food hasn’t changed, but the service seems to have gotten sloppy, which can really sour a customer to returning.
After last night’s experience, I am dropping star from my original review. Sorry if the following sounds like a bit of a rant and is disjointed: From not being greeted when I first walked in and eventually seating myself in the dining room because no one seemed to notice a new customer, to then standing at the ordering counter to wait again for several minutes until an employee shuffled out of the back… this was not a pleasant start to my meal at a pretty slow Salvatore’s. My friend asked the bartender/​server for water once our food came out and she totally forgot… instead, she set tables for 10 minutes near us until I kindly asked again if we could have water.
When it came time to leave, the person who took my order at the counter and I paid upfront, came over to clear our plates then proceeded to ask if I would like the check (totally forgot that I had already paid). I was amazed at the overall lackadaisical attitude from the staff.
If you’ve made it through my disgruntled review, let me end with some positives. This is a great location and really has a lot of potential. It’s warm, inviting décor and cleanliness are top notch, plus the food is very good. Salvatore’s needs to remember this is a sit down restaurant, not just a take out joint — attentive, good service is crucial. I am hoping they go back to the eagerness they had when they first started.

I really liked it. The place is new, very clean, nice lighting and the staff is very friendly. Sit outside or in. We got a booth.
The pizza was very good and generous. For $ 7 we each got a slice (was more like 2), a soda and a cookie (could have got chips).
There’s a nice bar also but we didn’t drink anything there.

Just wanted to give you guys a shout out! Brianna was our waitress last night for our 2^nd annual Lo Temple friends and family football draft! She was wonderful and very attentive. Your establishment was perfect for our needs… Clean, comfortable, wifi worked perfectly, food was really good, and above all the customer service was astonishing! We can’t wait to hold our 2016 draft here and many years to come. In addition other events as well! So thank you again to all the staff and management… I give you five stars!

Ive been here three times and they haven’t satisfied me. The first time I called I ordered a pizza and wings the rude female told me 15 minutes. I politely asked if she was sure. as the timing didn’t seem right she said yes. I showed up 20 minutes later and was told it would be right up. I ended up waiting 15 minutes… I think its a way to get people to come in and drink at the bar. Finally get my pizza and it was missing toppings I ordered, not to mention it wasn’t all that flavorful either. The second time I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and there was hardly any chicken and buffalo sauce dripping out of my wrap. This previous time I ordered was going to make or break it… and well … it broke it… I ordered a salad and I get back to work with my salad and there’s a hair. Sorry Salvatore’s saloon but you’ve been added to my ‘don’t order from there again list’.
