Buffalo Wild Wings

Second time here, I’m happy and satisfied. Got the Asian wings/​medium wings split small all flats or wing part. Sauces were right on with the Asian spice being a great recommendation. John took care of me and hit points for a bigger beard and good recommendations.
For those used to area wings, start at medium and try the Asian style.
Glad I came here for lunch.

There aren’t very many options in Dickson City — especially later at night. This is okay. But — the service was slow on the last visit and the food was cold… Meh.

Second time there for LUNCH… first time over half hour to get our food but the manager came over and bought our lunch. Tried it a second time and another 30 plus minutes to get chicken wings and tacos… the wait staff is doing their job but the cooks need more help or training. Probably won’t go back.

The only good thing is the wings, I order the chicken buffalitos (soft tacos) flavorless and overcooked. Overpriced

Worst customer service! I haven’t seen such rude service! The server totally forgot about the food and kept throwing attitude each and every time! Never going back!

I don’t know what all of the complaints are about. B-​dubbs is still my all time favorite wing joint. Mango Habanero and spicy garlic rock my face off. Add in bear and tvs with sports and I’m a super duper happy girl. Fast friendly service, clean (new location tho) and same great food.

I am posting an update to my previous review. Dining in isn’t that enjoyable. The quality of the food has gone down since opening and our wings are never «hot» when we get them (they’re warm at best). The sauce on the wings is not abundant either. Very disappointing for the price you pay.

I was there the other night I want to say our waiters name was Brandon skinny little white kid he was very pleasant and he was on top of our service the were a bunch of people there but the service this kid gave it was like I was the only person there I will definitely be going back food was good service was better…

We decided to give this place a try despite all of the reviews. Well, we should have listened. We are actually still sitting here eating and they completely forgot one of our entrees… The child’s one! We were told that it probably got moved to come out quicker yet «finding» it took over 10 minutes and it came out scalding (yeah probably didn’t get cooked) the woman that brought it to our table had a manager name tag and not a single apology or anything from our waitress who never went into the kitchen to check on the order, the runner who brought out the messed up order, and the manager who brought out our son’s food. Terrible terrible service.

I stopped back there last night and the waiter forgot our appetizers again. He was fast to tell the manager and she came rite over to appolagise and gave us our appetizers for free. It worked out ok. If it happens again I will refuse my food and walk out
The cleanliness and the very kind staff were great and we always feel comfortable there. We had the dessert heat-​dry rub and the Asian zing and the bbq wings and the surprise of the night was the special order maple syrup wings. They tasted like small pancakes with butter and syrup. Very unique, I would highly recommend these all these wings to anyone. Great job guys!!! XXXXXXXAAAA+++++++

Wings were cold. Sent them back. Came out cold again. Service was fast. Food is overpriced and disgusting.

I have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and have had a good experience with service and food. not this one. Prices seem to be higher, no beer specials, not a very good selection of tap beer. Service was lacking, the place was not busy and maybe saw our waitress two times through out the time we were there. Placed a take out order, got home it was wrong (my fault for not checking but really it was a simple order). Employees congregating at the front of the restaurant like they were having a party (wonder why we didn’t see our waitress much). good thing I knew the menu and food specials, it was a Tuesday and it’s 60 cent traditional wings, I guess our waitress didn’t know since she didn’t mention it and she had to check when I told her. No 5.00 off on the receipt for taking a survey (Like other BWW). I will stick to the other BWW I have gone to. Managers should be on the ball, it can become a popular place in the area but next time I’m in Scranton I will go to my favorite wing place Quaker steak and Lube

The wings were «meh.» The service was average. The atmosphere was obnoxious. Conversing is impossible due to the constant overstimulation of your senses. This is the kind of place I would picture the O’doyle family from «Billy Madison» eating.

Went to BWW for the first time with my nephew. The atmosphere was nice but defiantly all sports related. The menu looked good but they were out of a lot stuff– no fish, no veggie burgers so options were limited. I opted for the buffalo chicken sandwich which was a nice portion but very dry. I don’t know that I will return.

Stopped by for a beer and a burger while shopping, Ceasar Salad was wilted, untossed, and included all of the lowest pieces of romaine hearts. .yuk. when the server asked what kind of dressing we wanted on our Ceasar Salad the Spidey-​Sense began…

The food was excellent along with the service but the atmosphere and lighting was a bit overwhelming. It was also very pricey for what I got (wings). All the food comes in paper boats as well and I personally can’t stand eating out of paper (not to mention the fact that it’s not very environmentally friendly).
Lots of TV’s was definitely a plus.

Food is overpriced for glorified fast food. They always mess up the order and servers are not very attentive. There is no manager overseeing the dining floor and it’s like a bunch of high school kids having fun

Great choice for sports and wings. They comped my Mac and cheese after they lagged on it. Great service.

Ok this was the first time every eating in a
Buffalo wild wings and I have to say it was
Not good at all I had the jerked chicken sandwich the seasoning of the chicken not too bad but the fact that they put a full size chicken breast on a slider bun just sucked I also had the wings because that is what they are known for I myself do not like there wings I’ll stick to Andy Gavin’s or Mickey Gannon’s from now on and I must also add there Service not the best when you have to ask your server 3 times for another beer before she finally brings one 15 minutes later is not wright

Excellent food and service! Great place to come with friends or family. Kinda noisey but overall a great place!
