Wait time was long. Food sat in the window for a while. Manger that was serving off the front disappeared. And floors were beyond disgusting.

Wait time is very very long and staff is less than accommodating. I’ve been here several times and its always the same thing, same wait same stuff all over again. Drive to Dickson city that one is mo’ betta’

Horrible service! A cash register girl’s shift ended at 4PM. Her replacement had yet to arrive, so she just logged off the register and left, while the emasculated manager stood by and did nothing. People were waiting in line, and she simply walked away. The manager eventually started taking orders, without offering an apology. If it wasn’t so tragic, it would hve been comical.
