Worst place I ever dealt with. I spend thousands on installing a fireplace and it ended up costing me more to repair it every year than its actually worth. Horrible people to deal with. Owner wants nothing g to do with business that she started and lets an unprofessional asshole named Kevin icker run it. His customer service skills are nothing g short of atrocious !
He will come over your house, tell you your fireplace is now fixed, run off, but not before he collected a few hundred from you, then you realize that it’s still not working right sohe comes over a few days later and charges you again to fix the same thing! This is no joke! Avoid this company at all cost! I sent owner a certified letter and guess what she did,? She gave it to Kevin and told him to deal with it after I specifically told her to call me. I still am so angry !! I have well over 1000.00 in receipts maybe more. I’m writing this review in hopes you won’t buy any of their junk. To this day I have problems every year with it! Aweful there’s better out there, my next home will not have their junk in it!
