Nice bar to hang out in. Nice atmosphere. Great place to go watch sporting events.
Don’t go here to eat though. Their food isn’t good. It’s not disgusting or anything, it’s just not anything to make you go «oh yum!», even their pizza isn’t good and their fries are soggy. The only thing there I like to eat is the boneless wings.
Students from the University of Scranton flock here. So if classes are being held, you can be sure they place will be filled with them. If you hate college kids, only go in the summer or January.

If I’m visiting Scranton, Pa, I occasionally make a stop at Goodfellas for their calzones. Goodfella dishes out a tasty calzone. The steak & cheese and hot wing calzone is delicious. The calzones are filled with a lot of meat and toppings. The calzones are not overwhelmed with dough like most pizza joints. The hot wing calzone isn’t to spicy. The calzones are huge. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu. Goodfellas is a good choice for calzones. This rating is solely for the calzones.

Was on my way to Rochester from NY and decided to stay in Scranton for the night. I was in the mood for some pizza and ended up here. I got myself some wings, pizza and beer. Cheap meal that was good for what it was.

My rating is based on their pizza. I’ve never tried anything else from this place. Their pizza is definitely something I crave from time to time. They stay open late enough on friday and saturday nights to stop in after a night out drinking. Gotta love then for that!!!

There are roughly twelve thousand pizza joints in Scranton. SKIP this one. Greasy nasty pizza at regular pricing. Heck, go to the Little Caesars down the street. To be fair I have never ordered anything else off their menu, but after mopping up THREE paper towels worth of grease off of my single slice of pizza, I doubt I’ll give any of their other food a shot.

I’ve lived within three blocks from this place for decades now. Although the recent changes have been great for their business, I miss the old one. Its now a sports bar with lots of TVs all over the place — catering to the growing student population.
At some level, I think this has affected their food as well. I was crazy for their pizza 10 – 15 yrs ago. Now a these days, Meh. Not so much. Its just another sports bar.

Really legit food. I lived right next to this place and loved it. They have great deals and a fun atmosphere. Beautiful women work there too, which is never a bad thing. The only thing I really didn’t like about this place was when Four Loko was still legal they would serve slushies with it. Every weekend night my street would be full of crying girls puking everywhere and dudes fighting and screaming. I could never sleep. I moved out of that place, but I’m sure that since they can no longer serve Four Loko slushies it is a much better atmosphere.
