I had a great time at Libassi’s. Being from out of town and just coming to the area to ski, I looked at Unilocal for where to dine.
Driving up to the restaurant, I wasn’t so sure– this place doesn’t have the best curb appeal. But walk inside and see a quaint, well-​kept restaurant and bar. The wait staff is very kind and attentive.
I ordered chicken parmigiana and my boyfriend had a seafood pasta. Both were very well prepared and came out decently fast. The garlic knots and starter soup were excellent as well!
Probably common for the area, but the wine and beer here is super affordable.
Will definitely be back if I ever find myself in Scranton again!
