Apparently they have a cut off for their «one hour» cleaners, 11:00am, I walked in at 10:58 and the older lady sniped no your too late. This is not posted anywhere on their website. Don’t advertise what great grandpa started if you can’t maintain the standard. Spotless cleaners is much friendlier.

My first trip they misplaced the two items I brought in. They took my number and called me a few hours later. When I picked them up I was told «no charge». Now that’s customer service. I have patronized this place many times since and would recommend. I’m very pleased with their service and how my clothes are done right.
