Poor quality! The staff had to make two pots of coffee to get it right. The machine kept making water downed coffee. No sugar packets to-go either. Poor experience.

My last 2 iced mocha were horrible! New staff aren’t as friendly. I complained about the coffee, but got nothing but attitude. I’m sad to say this, but no real reason to go back.

It pains me to say this, but the quality has really gone down hill at this location. The last few times I’ve visited the coffee has not tasted fresh. On one visit, the lights were clearly on, I could see people inside, and no one would come to the drive-thru. We pulled around front and you could see the 2 employees fooling around at the table, not paying any attention at all. Not good! The other night I went and they totally messed up my coffee. I got an iced mocha madness with extra cream and they gave me a regular coffee with milk. Eww. By the time I took a sip, I was already on my way and didn’t want to bother returning. The coffee was thrown out. Even my friend didn’t want it and he usually drinks/eats anything. I hope they improve, and perhaps hire some people that care about customers.
