Starbucks

I am actually going to make this pretty specific; I was at this location on October 19 (2015) at 4pm and ordered an iced caramel macchiato with soy milk. The shop was pretty quiet so I stood around while the barista made my drink and noticed she topped it off with dairy milk rather than soy. I mentioned the mistake to her, which she denied making (do you think I just go from Starbucks to Starbucks creating stories about the status of my beverages?) but after conceding, she replied with the following: «it doesn’t matter anyway. The caramel has dairy.»
I just stared at her, a little bit shocked at her response. I told her that actually, yea it did matter since that’s what I paid for. To that she forced a smile and said she had just been kidding and she would remake my drink. While remaking my drink, she yelled out «can someone ELSE make drinks now?»
Way to uphold the Starbucks motto of «inspiring» the human spirit” lol.
You know, in the grand scheme of the world, a latte is inconsequential. However, if you’re being paid to do a job, have some pride in what you are doing. If you can’t, then just shut up and at least FAKE some professionalism. #starbucks #seabrook #badcustomerservice

Very friendly staff at drive thru. This Starbucks carries coconut milk for those who cannot use cream/​soy.

I love starbucks. They are usually pretty fast here and always very friendly… lately, though, their coffee has been tasting really burnt, for the amount they charge they really shouldn’t be giving out burnt coffee, too bad this is the only starbucks in my area.

Has a drive-​thru. Clean, close to the highway. Guy at the counter was very pleasant and helpful while we worked together to figure out my finicky Starbucks app. Coffee was the best I’ve had in a while. Good job, guys!

This Starbucks is top notch! Justin always makes the best drinks! Today the line was backed way up I waited maybe 5 minutes at the drive thru. When I got there the barista gave me a free drink coupon because of the wait. I’m not sure if it was because I’m a gold card member or if they did it for everyone but it was really awesome! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Thank you so very much for being there — so close to the 95. I couldn’t stand the coffee from Dunkin any longer.
The staff made my drinks just right and were really laid back and nice. The store and restrooms were clean.

I am very thankful to this Starbucks for saving me from awful coffee on the Hampton beach blvd. Went here most mornings of my vacation!

When in Seabrook this is the only real clean and classy type of place to go. And yes the only real cup of coffee in town. Plenty of seating.

Great coffee 85% of the time and the staff is always friendly.
